Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ＳＦ６ガスを用いるガス絶縁開閉装置の圧力
タンクに開口部を設け、前記開口部のフランジに
金属当板を取り付け、前記開口部内に前記ガス絶
縁開閉装置の高圧部と対向する結合電極を備え、
前記結合電極に現われた信号を気密端子を介して
前記ガス絶縁開閉装置の内部から外部に引き出す
ようにしたものにおいて、外部に引き出した部分
を気密ゲースで囲い、前記金属当板にケースを取
り付け、前記ガス絶縁開閉装置の内部に発生する
部分放電を測定する時にのみ、前記気密ケースを
取り外すことができるようにしたことを特徴とす
るガス絶縁開閉装置。 ２ 請求項１おいて、前記気密ケースにバルブ付
きパイプを取り付けたことを特徴とするガス絶縁
開閉装置。
