[Technical background of the invention] Traditionally, this type of oven ventilation fan has a simultaneous intake and exhaust type configuration in which an exhaust fan is disposed inside the hood and an intake chamber is disposed outside, for example on the top surface. By operating the above-mentioned exhaust fan, indoor air is forcibly discharged outside through the hood, and an amount of outdoor air commensurate with the amount of discharge is naturally drawn into the room through the intake chamber. It is provided.

[Problems with the background art] However, in the above-mentioned conventional devices, the temperature of the outdoor air taken in through the intake chamber is low and the temperature difference between the indoor air and the indoor air discharged through the hood is large, especially in winter. In the area where the intake chamber and the hood (top surface) are in contact, the indoor air, which is warm and contains a lot of moisture due to cooking, is cooled by the cold outdoor air, resulting in condensation on the inner surface of the hood. The problem was that the dew dripped down and entered the cooking pot below, creating an unhygienic problem. Further, the dew generated as described above travels along the inner surface of the hood and enters the electrical equipment where switches and the like are located, reducing the insulation properties and posing the risk of causing accidents such as electric shock.

[Purpose of the invention] The invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to prevent condensation from forming on the inner surface of the hood, thereby preventing the dew from dripping into the pan or onto the electrical components. To provide a practical range ventilation fan which can prevent problems such as infiltration of water.

[Summary of the invention] The invention provides a space between the intake chamber and the outer surface of the hood in which indoor air is located, thereby achieving insulation between the intake chamber and the hood, and between the outdoor air and indoor air that pass through them. It is characterized by the following.

[Embodiment of the invention] An embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, in FIG. 1, 1 is a hood, which is placed above a microwave oven 3 on which a pot 2 is placed. Reference numeral 4 denotes an exhaust fan disposed inside the hood 1, which is specifically composed of a motor 5, blades 6, and a casing 7. Reference numeral 8 denotes an exhaust chamber disposed on the upper surface of the hood 1 which is connected to the casing 7 and in contact with indoor air outside the hood 1. The duct 11 is communicated. on the other hand,
Reference numeral 12 designates an intake chamber located in front of the exhaust chamber 8 and disposed on the upper surface of the hood 1, which is also in contact with the indoor air outside the hood 1. This chamber has a mounting base 13 attached to its lower surface by welding or the like. It is mounted on the upper wall of the hood 1 with screws 14 so as to float above the outer surface of the hood 1, and as shown in FIG. A space 15 in which indoor air is located is provided between the upper surface (outer surface) and the upper surface (outer surface). still,
16 is an exhaust port on the front side of the intake chamber 12;
is the connection port body 18 on the rear surface on the opposite side.
This is an intake duct that communicates with the inside of the intake chamber 12 via. Further, 19 is a grease filter stretched over the open opening on the lower surface of the hood 1, and 20 is an electrical component such as a switch disposed at the lower part of the front surface of the hood 1.

Now, in the case of the device configured as above, when the exhaust fan 4 is operated, the indoor air, especially the air containing smoke, odor, water vapor, etc. rising from the microwave oven 3 area below the hood 1 will be removed as shown in Figure 1. As shown by the solid line arrow, the air is sucked into the hood 1, passes through the casing 7 and the exhaust chamber 8 in order, and is discharged outdoors through the exhaust duct 11.On the other hand, fresh air is sucked into the hood 1, passes through the casing 7 and the exhaust chamber 8, and is discharged outdoors through the exhaust duct 11. The air passes through the intake duct 17 and the intake chamber 12 in this order and is drawn into the room from the exhaust port 16 as shown by the broken line arrow in the figure. Therefore, when air intake and exhaust air are carried out in this manner, the upper surface of the hood 1, especially the intake chamber 1
However, in this embodiment, there is a space between the intake chamber 12 and the upper surface (outer surface) of the hood 1, where indoor air is located. We have set up 15,
Since it provides insulation between the intake chamber 12 and the hood 1 and thus between the outdoor air passing through the intake chambers 12 and the indoor air passing through the hood 1, the intake chamber 12 there, that is, on the upper surface of the hood 1 Condensation no longer forms on the inner surface of the part on which it is placed, and therefore, the dew drops and enters the pot 2 during cooking, or enters the electrical component 20 and reduces its insulation. It is possible to eliminate all problems such as leakage, thereby making it hygienic and ensuring sufficient safety.

In addition, the intake chamber 12 has a mounting base 13 attached to the hood 1.
It may be arranged outside the hood 1 by attaching it to the mounting base 13 while being fixed to the side. Further, the hood 1 and the intake chamber 12 may be provided with a convex portion on either or both of them, and the space 15 may be formed by the convex portion. Further, the air intake through the intake chamber 12 may be performed by a dedicated intake fan instead of the exhaust fan 4.

[Effects of the invention] As is clear from the above description, according to the invention, indoor air is exhausted to the outside through the inside of the hood, and outdoor air is drawn into the room through the intake chamber provided outside the hood. In a range ventilation fan, it is possible to prevent dew condensation on the inner surface of the hood during simultaneous suction and exhaustion, and it is also possible to prevent dew from dripping into the pan or infiltrating electrical components. It has excellent practical effects in that it can be made hygienic and safety can be sufficiently ensured.
