In such a conventional air supply fan, when a high temperature outside air is supplied to the room 103 cooled in the summer, the outside air is cooled by the indoor cooling. When passing through the inside of the frame 110, the main body frame 110
Is formed on the inner wall surface of the inside of the room, and the condensed water is dropped on the floor of the room 103 through the gap between the main body frame 110 and the grill 113 or through the outlet 112 of the grill 113. In the room 103 heated in winter,
When the outside air having a low temperature is continuously supplied, the temperature of the main body frame 110 is reduced by the outside air, and
However, there is a problem in that dew condensation occurs on the outer wall surface of the room and dew water is generated, and the dew water drops on a floor surface or the like and contaminates the room 103.

Even if high-temperature outside air is supplied to the room 2 cooled in summer, the first heat insulating space 13 is interposed between the ventilation path and the outer wall surface of the main body frame 4. Outside air
When passing through the inside of the main body frame 4, it does not directly touch the main body frame 4, does not cause dew condensation on the inner wall surface of the main body frame 4 cooled by the indoor cooling, and supplies low-temperature outside air to the room 2 heated in winter. Even if air supply is continued, when outside air passes through the inside of the main body frame 4, the temperature of the outer wall surface of the main body frame 4 is also unlikely to decrease, so that room air does not condense on the outer wall surface of the main body frame 4. 特徴がある。
As shown in the drawing, this embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a circular opening 16 formed in the rear plate 4A of the main body frame 4 extends from the periphery to the inside of the main body frame 4 and the discharge port. The cylindrical large cylindrical portion 17 extending to the third side and the inner peripheral end of the large cylindrical portion 17 are connected to the inner peripheral end of the large cylindrical portion 17 through the closed flange portion 18 through the closed flange portion 18. A double cylindrical air guide tube portion 20 including a small cylindrical portion 19 disposed inside is provided, and the small cylindrical portion 1 of the air guide tube portion 20 is provided.
9 is communicated with the indoor side opening of the pipe 5A, the air supply port 7 communicating with the outdoor 6 through the pipe 5A, the inner peripheral part of the large cylindrical part 17 and the outer peripheral part of the small cylindrical part 19 Is formed as a second heat insulating space 21 not in contact with the external air to be supplied, and the electric motor 9 is fixed inside the small cylindrical portion 19, and the capacitor 22 and the electric wire for the electric motor 9 are fixed. It is characterized in that an electric transmission component 25 such as a crimp terminal 24 connecting the components 23 is disposed below the air guide tube 20.

In the above configuration, when the electric motor 9 is operated, fresh outside air of the outdoor 6 is sucked by the air supply blades 8 and is passed through the pipe 5A from the air supply port 7 to the air guide cylinder 20.
While being sucked into the inside, it passes through the air guide tube portion 20, and a part thereof goes around to the space between the upper and lower, left and right inner wall portions of the main body frame 4 and the outer peripheral portion of the air guide tube portion 20,
The room 2 is supplied with air from the outlet 14 of the grill 15.

When high-temperature outside air passes through the interior of the main body frame 4 in the room 2 cooled in summer, the outside air
Since the second heat insulating space portion 21 provided in the air guide tube portion 20 is interposed in addition to the first heat insulating space portion 13, the dew condensation does not occur more on the inner wall surface of the main body frame 4 and the room is heated in winter. 2
Even if the outside air having a low temperature is continuously supplied, the outside air is
Similarly, when passing through the inside, the temperature of the outer wall surface of the main body frame is less likely to decrease, so that room air is less condensed on the outer wall surface of the main body frame 4.

Thus, according to the second embodiment of the present invention,
When the temperature difference between the supplied outside air and the room is large, dew water is generated on the inner wall surface or the outer wall surface of the main body frame 4 and dripped on the floor surface, thereby more reliably preventing the room 2 from being contaminated. Can be.

Further, since the electric motor 9 is fixed inside the small cylindrical portion 19 of the air guide tube portion 20, there is no need to provide a large motor fixing portion.
Are formed in a double cylindrical shape, so that the strength of the fixed portion of the electric motor 9 is improved.

In addition, even if the low-temperature outside air is continuously supplied to the room 2 heated in winter for a long period of time, and the air inside the second heat insulating space 21 is dewed to form dew condensation water, the heat insulating space 2 is kept. Since the interior 2 side of the portion 21 is closed by the closing flange portion 18, the dew condensation water does not flow out into the main body frame 4 and drip onto the transmission component 25, and therefore, the transmission component 25 The mounting position can be freely selected.

As is apparent from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, the first heat insulating space which does not come into contact with the outside air passing through the inside of the main frame is provided on the wall of the main frame. When the temperature difference between the outside air to be supplied and the room is large,
It is possible to provide an air supply fan capable of preventing dew condensation water from being generated on the inner wall surface or the outer wall surface of the main body frame and dripping on the floor surface or the like, thereby preventing the room from being soiled.
