Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は放電加工機等に使用する自動消火装置

一般に産業機械等においては、可燃物を使用す
ることが多く、例えば、放電加工機ではケロシン
等の引火点の低い危険な材料を加工液として使用
している。この為に加工火花により引火するとい
う危険性があつた。また食品加工機械等において
は、揚げ物用の食用油等を材料として使用してい
るため、加熱用の炎から引火する等ということが

本考案は、上記従来技術の欠点をなくし機械を
稼動する時は自動消火装置が作動し、初期消火を

上記目的を達成する為に本考案においては、機
械の近傍に配置された火気センサーと、この火気
センサーの作動により消火装置を起動する電池
と、この電池を収納する収納箱と、この収納箱の
上記電池の有無の検出位置に設けられたスイツチ
と、上記電池が収納された時の上記スイツチの出
力により上記機械の作動条件を整えるシーケンス
回路とを有することを特徴とする自動消火装置で

に隣接している。5は消火剤ボンベ3に接続され
たノズルである。9は火気センサー1に接続され
た電池6を収納する収納箱である。収納箱9内に
は電池6が収納され、箱のフタ10にはリミツト
スイツチ7が取り付けられている。火気センサー
1と電池6と起動装置4は第3図に示す如く直列
に接続されていて、火気センサー1のバイメタル
接点11が閉じると電池6により起動装置4に通

て接点7aが閉じるのでリレー12が励磁されて
機械は起動可能な状態となり、逆に電池6が収納
箱9内に収納されていない場合は、リミツトスイ
ツチ7のアクチエータが押されないから、接点7
aは開いた状態を維持する。すなわちリレー12
