た。 By the way, conventional fiber-filled objects are generally formed by folding a wave sheet created by the card wave method into a flat shape to form a cotton layer, and stuffing this into a bag-like side fabric. It is true. However, in the fiber stuffed object made in this way, the orientation of the short fibers is stacked along the flat direction of the bag-like side material, so the compression ratio against the force applied in the thickness direction is relatively large, and the cotton layer cannot obtain sufficient hardness. Therefore, it was not satisfactory to obtain a comfortable sleeping or sitting position that would not cause fatigue. Also,
The cotton layer tends to collapse or sag due to repeated use, and the shape stability is also unsatisfactory. In addition, in this way, the cotton layer does not have sufficient hardness and is prone to collapse, which not only makes it difficult to form a quilt or a quilt that integrates the bag-like side fabric and the cotton layer. Furthermore, there was a problem in that the quilt or quilt gave a sense of discomfort to the human body.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the purpose of the present invention is to reduce the compression ratio in the thickness direction by devising the filling of short fibers into the bag-like side material, thereby making it a hard filling, and reducing the number of quilts or A fiber that can be sewn efficiently to prevent the cotton layer from collapsing, and that the quilt or stitching does not feel strange to the human body and provides comfortable sleeping and sitting comfort. The aim is to provide a filling object.

料である。 The short fibers used in this invention may include synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyacrylic, polyamide, and polypropylene, natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, silk, and wool, or a blend of synthetic and natural fibers. However, it is particularly preferable to use fibers with low entanglement. In the case of mixed fibers, adhesive fibers containing a low melting point component may be used as part of the mixed fibers. Among these fibers used, polyester is the most preferred material because of its excellent compression properties.

As shown in the embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 3, the short fibers 2 made of the above-mentioned materials form a large number of scale-like laminated layers 3 made of small units in the bag-like side fabric 1, and this large number of A laminate 4 is formed by laminating thin layers 3, and the laminate 4 is filled into a bag-like side fabric 1.

を必要とする。 Within one thin layer 3, the short fibers 2 are arranged randomly in the plane of the layer, as shown in FIG. In addition, the boundary surface between adjacent thin layers 3, 3 has an annual ring shape centered on arrow G as shown in FIG. 1 in plan view, and a bag shape in side view as shown in FIG. 3. The relationship is such that it is almost orthogonal to the flat direction of the shaped side 1. The interface between the thin layers 3 and 3 is not clearly visible because the short fibers 2 randomly arranged in the layers are partially entangled between the adjacent layers. When the laminate 4 is pulled in the opposite direction, the thin layers 3,
3 are separated. On the other hand, even if the same operation is performed in the thickness direction, the separation location is not constant, and moreover, a larger force is required.

体にすることができる。 Since the laminate 4 has the above-described configuration, the compressive elasticity against a force applied in the thickness direction, that is, a force substantially along the boundary surface, is equal to the force in the direction perpendicular to the force, that is, the force in the direction perpendicular to the boundary surface. It is larger than the compressive elasticity with respect to force. Therefore, the compression rate in the thickness direction is small, and when used as a pillow or cushion, it can be made into a hard fiber-filled material with great resilience.

果を発揮することができる。 In particular, in the laminate 4, the short fibers 2 are not simply assembled randomly, but form a large number of thin layers 3 in small units, so that the above-mentioned compressive elasticity in the thickness direction is increased. This makes it possible to exhibit even more excellent effects in improving the comfort of sitting and sleeping without fatigue.

Note that in the present invention, the term "quilt" includes ordinary quilts, stitches, and Japanese stitches. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, this longitudinal quilt 5 penetrates and integrates the bag-like side fabric 1 and the laminate 4 stuffed therein. By forming the quilt 5 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the thin layer 3 in this manner, it is possible to prevent adjacent thin layers 3 from separating from their boundary surfaces. Therefore, even if pressure is applied repeatedly in the direction along the boundary surface of the thin layer 3, the layer will not easily collapse.

For this purpose, a horizontal quilt section 6 is provided in a direction substantially perpendicular to the vertical quilt section 5. This allows for easy folding and compact storage.

The reason for this is to provide satisfactory sleeping comfort without creating large irregularities.
That is, if the vertical and horizontal quilt portions directly intersect, that portion will be greatly depressed, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The quilt pattern of the present invention may also be made as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B. That is, the vertical quilt section 5 and the horizontal quilt section 6.
Any pattern may be used as long as the patterns do not directly intersect with each other. In addition, the quilt portions 5 and 6
The angle may be slightly changed as long as the function and function of the present invention are the same.

It is fed under pressure to the blow-off duct 18 of the molding device 17. The blowing duct 18 blows the short fibers into the bag-like side fabric 1 from the blowing outlet 18a at the tip, and sequentially blows the short fibers 2 from the back side.
The filling state is finally formed as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3.

It is necessary to vibrate to Furthermore, in order to actively create the above-mentioned scale-like thin layer 3 from the short fibers 2 and form the accumulated laminate, it is preferable to actively vibrate the compressed air from the blow-off duct 18. . Furthermore, if the air outlet 18a at the tip of the air duct 18 is oscillated from side to side in the plane direction, the formation of the annual ring-shaped thin layer 3 can be further improved.

A fiber-filled object was obtained. Next, quilting was carried out so that a quilt having the pattern shown in FIG. 1 was formed on the fiber-filled object. When the obtained fiber-filled material was used as a quilt, it had a good appearance, had high compressive elasticity in the thickness direction, the quilt did not give any discomfort to the body, and the cotton layer hardly collapsed even after repeated use and was stable in shape. It had good quality and was comfortable to sleep on. Moreover, it could be folded compactly and had good storage properties.

As mentioned above, the fiber stuffed article of the present invention has short fibers stuffed into a flat bag-like side material, and the short fibers form a large number of thin layers along a plane substantially perpendicular to the flat direction of the bag-like side material. A fiber-filled object which is formed and laminated in a flat direction, and in which short fibers are randomly arranged in each thin layer, and which intersect with the longitudinal direction of the thin layer. Since the structure has a quilt part in which the bag-like side fabric and short fibers are integrated in the direction, the compression ratio with respect to the pressure applied in the thickness direction is higher than the compression ratio with respect to the pressure in the flat direction perpendicular to the thickness direction. It is large in size, so when it is used as a mattress or cushion, it provides a firm and comfortable sleeping or sitting feeling. Furthermore, since the vertical quilted portion and the horizontal quilted portion do not directly intersect with each other, there is no uneven feeling and the bag can be folded compactly.

It can have excellent morphological stability. In addition, the laminate filled inside has high compressive elasticity in the thickness direction and excellent shape stability, so not only is it easy to form a quilt, but the quilt part is greatly concave and forms deep grooves. This results in a better appearance. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently sew a small number of quilts without causing the cotton to crumble, and the quilt does not feel strange to the human body, providing comfortable sleeping and sitting comfort.
