習用の情報を記憶させたＩＣカードとの交信を可
能とするＩＣカードユニツトを設け、前記ＮＣ装
置に当該ＮＣ装置の装備する各種機能の有無を記
憶するテーブルを設け、前記ＩＣカードに記憶さ
せた情報を前記テーブルで規定される保有機能に
関連させて条件設定し使用することを特徴とする
