示装置に関する。

ヤ取出し装置を嵌め、該装置を通して溶接ワイヤ
を引出し、溶接に供する。これらは不透明体であ
るから内部の溶接ワイヤは見えず、残量を知るに
はワイヤ取出し装置を外したりせねばならず、厄
介である。それ故本考案は簡単な手段でペイルパ
ツク内溶接ワイヤの残量を外部から目視確認でき
るようにしようとするものである。次に実施例を
参照しながら本考案を説明する。

ら、内筒14は省略してもよい。20はワイヤ取
出し装置で円錐状をなし、外筒12の上部開放端
に締結バンド22により取付けられる。円錐状体
の頂部にワイヤ曲がりぐせ除去用のワイヤ矯正ロ
ーラ群を備えるものもある。工場出荷段階では外
筒12の上部には図示しないが円板状の蓋がして
あり、溶接現場でこの蓋をとり、内部からワイヤ
Wを引き出し、ワイヤ取出し装置20の頂部のワ
イヤ案内孔及びコンジツトチユーブ24等に該ワ
イヤを挿通し、然るのちワイヤ取出し装置20を
外筒上部へ図示状態に取付ける。

すとき直ちに新しいペイルパツクからワイヤ供給
を開始することが望ましく、或いはまた新たに溶
接を開始するときペイルパツク内ワイヤがどれ位
あるのか確認しておくのが望ましく、これらの目
的でペイルパツク内ワイヤ残量の確認が外部から
簡単に行なえるようにしておくことは有効、有意
義である。

が減少する。つまり棒体30のワイヤ取出し装置
20よりの突出長はペイルパツク内溶接用ワイヤ
の残量を示す指針となる。
