【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、ペイルパツク内溶接ワイヤの残量表
示装置に関する。

溶接ワイヤは少量ならばボビンに巻装した状態
でまた多量ならペイルパツクに収容した状態で使
用する。ペイルパツクは金属製もしくは厚紙製の
有底円筒体で、使用時は蓋を外して円錐状のワイ
ヤ取出し装置を嵌め、該装置を通して溶接ワイヤ
を引出し、溶接に供する。これらは不透明体であ
るから内部の溶接ワイヤは見えず、残量を知るに
はワイヤ取出し装置を外したりせねばならず、厄
介である。それ故本考案は簡単な手段でペイルパ
ツク内溶接ワイヤの残量を外部から目視確認でき
るようにしようとするものである。次に実施例を
参照しながら本考案を説明する。

板状の蓋がしてあり、溶接現場でこの蓋をとり、
内部からワイヤWを引き出し、ワイヤ取出し装置
6の頂部のワイヤ案内孔及びコンジツトチユーブ
8等に該ワイヤを挿通し、然るのちワイヤ取出し
装置6を外筒上部へ図示状態に取付ける。

を防止するもので、下端は外筒2の内面下部に取
付けられ(例えば貼着され)、ドーナツ状押え部
材5に設けられた孔10を通つて上端は外筒2の
内面上部に取付けられる。このようなテープ9を
複数個所に設けると、押え部材5の外周と外筒内
面との間を通つてのワイヤ跳ね上りは該テープに
より阻止されて不可能になる。

ク内ワイヤが使用され尽すとき直ちに新しいペイ
ルパツクからワイヤ供給を開始することが望まし
く、或いはまた新たに溶接を開始するときペイル
パツク内ワイヤがどれ位あるのか確認しておくの
が望ましく、これらの目的でペイルパツク内ワイ
ヤ残量の確認が外部から簡単に行なえるようにし
ておくことは有効、有意義である。

はない。また紐12の一面(外部から見える面)
に目盛を付した。このようにすると溶接進行につ
れてワイヤWが引出され、コイル4の高さが減少
するにつれて押え部材5は下降し、紐12が移動
することによりスリツト13,13′間の外部に
露出した紐の目盛は次々に表示を変える。すなわ
ちスリツト13,13′間に現われた紐の目盛に
よりペイルパツク内溶接用ワイヤの残量を指示す
ることができる。
