According to the movement of the nail feeding member 3 in the AB direction, this driving machine pushes the shaft of the leading nail 2a with the feeding claw 4 protruding from the tip of the nail feeding member 3, and pushes the leading nail 2a into the injection port 5. A driving rod 6 reciprocating within the injection port 5 is used to strike the leading nail 2a and drive it into the material 7 to be driven. 6th
In the figure, the leading nail 2 is struck by the driving rod 6.
The nail head 9 comes into contact with a nail head guide surface 8 provided at the entrance of the injection port 5 and inclined toward the downward injection port side, and moves downward inside the injection port 5 while being moved to the left in the figure.
At this time, the nails after the second nail 2b are connected to the connecting wire 1 on the wire receiving surface 10 forming the upper part of the feeding claw 4.
It is drawn toward the injection port 5 side by a. However, when the second nail 2b is pulled to a certain extent, the shaft portion of the second nail 2b is locked by the rear surface 11 of the feed nail, and the connecting wire 1
a is in an inclined tension state between the first nail 2a and the second nail 2b. In this state, when the leading nail 2a further descends, the leading nail 2a is separated from the connecting wire welded portion 12, which has the lowest strength among the connecting wires 1a. In this way, the connecting wire 1a remaining on the wire receiving surface 10 has its end projecting from the tip of the feeding claw 4 toward the injection port 5 side.

安全上の欠点があつた。 Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, as the leading nail 2a descends inside the injection port 5, the head 9 of the leading nail 2a hits the end of the connecting wire 1a that protrudes toward the exit port 5, and the connecting wire 1a slides on the shape of the wire receiving surface 10 and is plastically deformed. That is, the end of the connecting wire 1a protruding toward the injection port 5 side is partially bent directly downward in the figure. FIGS. 8, 9, and 10 show the state in which the leading nail 2a, with the connecting wire 1a bent in a dogleg shape remaining, is being driven into the driven material 7 after the above-mentioned process. . The end of the connecting wire 1a bent in the direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the workpiece 7 is
It pierces the upper surface of the material to be driven 7 (FIG. 8). When the leading nail 2a enters the driven material 7 in this state, the connecting wire 1a is separated from the connecting wire welded portion 12 of the leading nail 2a while remaining on the upper surface of the driven material 7 (FIG. 9). As a result, the connecting wire 1a may remain under the nail head 9 or be scattered around (Fig. 10), resulting in poor finish.
There were safety shortcomings.

The shape of the wire receiving surface has been devised to reduce the resistance acting between the remaining connecting wire and the material to be driven.

周囲に飛散することはない。 Embodiments of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. In FIG. 1, the wire receiving surface 10 forming the upper part of the feed claw 4 protruding from the tip of the nail feed member 3 moves downward to the left in the figure from the top of the rear surface 11 of the feed claw. It forms an approximately 1/4 circle connecting the
− (nail shaft diameter d)” or more. As described in the conventional example, when the nail head 9 of the leading nail 2a descends while contacting the nail head guide surface 8, the end of the connecting wire 1a protrudes from the tip of the feed claw 4 toward the injection port 5 side. In this state, the leading nail 2a is separated from the connecting wire welded portion 12 (back side in the figure) of the leading nail 2a. Thereafter, as shown in FIG.
As a result, it slides into the shape of the wire receiving surface 10 and is plastically deformed. However, since the length of the connecting wire 1a is equal to or less than the circumference of the wire receiving surface 10 which has a 1/4 circular shape, the end of the connecting wire 1a is located directly below in the figure, that is, where it is hit. It will not be bent in a direction perpendicular to the filling material 7. Therefore, even if the leading nail 2a with the plastically deformed connecting wire 1a remaining is driven into the driven material 7, the connecting wire 1a remains on the top surface of the driven material 7.
The end of a does not pierce (Fig. 3), and the connecting wire 1a is bent upward due to the resistance on the upper surface of the material 7 to be driven (Fig. 4), and the connecting wire 1a continues to be driven together with the leading nail 2a. It penetrates into the filling material 7 (Fig. 5).
As a result, the connecting wire 1a remains under the nail head 9,
It will not be scattered around.

きる。 According to the present invention, the overall shape of the wire receiving surface is an arc of approximately 1/4 circle, and the circumference of this arc is greater than the length of the nail pitch minus the nail shaft diameter, so when driving the nail, Since the end of the connecting wire remaining on the nail is no longer perpendicular to the material to be driven, it will not pierce the material to be driven, and therefore the connecting wire will not be peeled off from the welded part.
As a result, the effect of preventing the connecting wire from remaining under the nail head or scattering can be achieved.
