をこらして縫製しても折れ皺が生じたり表地を傷
つける等して製品不良が多発していた。

間隔下に取付けるとともに他方のシヤフト7に上
ローラ9を該下ローラ8,8間に位置されるよう
に取付けたものであるが、この襞付けローラ機構
4は第1図に示すように回転シヤフト7がベルト
伝達機構5を介して駆動軸に連繋された駆動源付
のものであつても、駆動源のないものであつても
よい。なお、図中10および11は縫製テーブル
1の基方に設けられる裏当て材料供給リールおよ
びこれより先方側に設けられる表皮材料供給リー
ル、12は裏当て材料を強制送りする場合、その
送り過ぎ量をセンサ13により検知してベルト伝
達機構5を停止させるクラツチである。

裏当て材料上に襞のない表皮材料が重ねられた縫
製材料として送り込まれることとなつて余裕をも
つた裏当て部材の各襞底に緊張された表皮材料が
縫着線イにおいて縫着されたキルテイング表皮材
が容易に得られることとなる。そこで、このキル

図に示すような自動車用カバーCとした場合、シ
