選択的に前記測定手段に接続する切り換え手段と
、該切り換え手段を前記経過時間が予め定めた設
定時間以内は前記電圧発生手段の出力端の方に接
続させ、設定時間経過後は感温式流量計の出力端
の方に接続させる制御手段と、を設けたことを特
