該熱線抵抗への通電をオンオフ制御するスイツチ
ング手段と、吸気流量検出開始用の信号を所定周
期で出力する検出開始信号発生手段と、前記熱線
抵抗の抵抗値を検出し該検出値が所定値になつた
ときに吸気流量検出終了用の信号を出力する検出
終了信号発生手段と、前記検出開始信号発生手段
から吸気流量検出開始用の信号が入力されたとき
に前記スイツチング手段をオン動作させて熱線抵
抗への通電を開始する一方、前記検出終了信号発
生手段からの吸気流量検出終了用の信号が入力さ
れたときに前記スイツチング手段をオフ動作させ
て熱線抵抗への通電を停止する通電時間制御手段
とを備え、熱線抵抗への通電時間から吸入空気流
量を検出するように構成され、前記熱線抵抗の両
端に並列に接続することにより該熱線抵抗への印
加電圧を一定以下に制限する定電圧素子を備えた
