位置とを備える油路開閉弁4を設けて、この油路
開閉弁4を油路遮断位置方向に変位付勢するスプ
リング5と前記インチングバルブ2の減圧操作に
連動して油路開放位置へと変位させる押圧部材6
とを設ける一方、上記スプリング5による附勢方
向反対側から上記油路3の油圧を油路開閉弁4に
対し作用させて該開閉弁4を油路開放位置に保持
するための油圧作用油路7を、この油圧作用油路
7が上記油路開閉弁4により該開閉弁4の上記油
路遮断位置では遮断され上記油路開放位置では開
放されるように配して設けたことを特徴としてな
る作動制御装置。 2 前記インチングバルブ2を、減圧方向に最大
限に変位操作されると油圧をドレーンするものに
