いて、 前記ロータ７の外周に配設されたケーシング１
と、 そのケーシング１とロータ７との間に設けられ
た楔状の空間１１と、 その楔状の空間１１に進退可能に設けられた楔
部材１２と、 その楔部材１２を楔状の空間１１に進退させる
ための作動手段１６，１８と を設けたことを特徴とするブレーキ装置。
