れ、また前記制御部は、一定周期で出力される同
期信号毎に前記分圧調節された信号の最大値を保
持するピーク保持回路と、この保持された最大値
と内部に設定した設定値との比較を行う比較器と
を備え、比較器の比較結果によりこの分圧調節さ
れた信号に対応する波形を表示器に表示するかま
たは前記スイツチング素子のそれぞれのオンオフ
を制御する信号を各スイツチング素子に出力する
