【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は自動車エンジンの部品として使用する
合成樹脂ダクトの補強装置に関する。

のものにかえて合成樹脂製のものへの転換が望ま
れている。しかしながら、例えばポリプロピレン
等の合成樹脂は、耐熱変形温度が金属よりも低
く、エンジンの熱を受ける部分の部品には使用で
きない。すなわち合成樹脂製のインテークダクト
はエンジンとの接続部分において熱を受け、軟化
して変形し、吸気漏れ等を生ずるおそれがあつ
た。

[考案の構成] 本考案のインテークダクトの取付装置は、イン

な合成樹脂製であるので、ホースバンド11で締

エンジンの熱を受けてインテークダクトが変形し
やすい状態になつても、芯金によつてインテーク
ダクトの変形は防止できる。

いたダクト等も合成樹脂製のものにすることがで
き、部品の軽量化やコストダウン等に資するもの
である。
