Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力されるマイクロ波電力を等分に分配する電
    力分配回路と、この分配された複数電力の少なく
    とも一つを位相変化させる位相調整回路と、前記
    位相調整回路の出力電力およびそれ以外の分配さ
    れた複数電力をそれぞれ増幅する複数の単位増幅
    器と、前記複数の単位増幅器の出力を合成する電
    力合成器とを有し、前記単位増幅器の少なくとも
    ２つの振幅周波数特性のピーク出力をずらして調
    整することを特徴とする広帯域電力増幅器。
