Claims (1)
- 第１の端子からマイクロ波を入力し、第３の端
子から減衰されたマイクロ波を出力する３端子サ
ーキユレータと、抵抗体とバイアス端子を有する
ダイオードとを直列に接続した減衰回路と、この
減衰回路を複数個並列に前記３端子サーキユレー
タの第２の端子に接続し、前記ダイオードのバイ
アス端子に独立にバイアスを印加して前記ダイオ
ードをオンあるいはオフとすることを特徴とする
減衰器。
