Conventionally, when running a heating duct through the rear seat of a car, it is desirable to have as large a cross-sectional area as possible for ventilation, but related parts such as the floor shift lever and especially indicator panels in automatic cars get in the way, making it difficult to connect to the car body. It was difficult to install.

Therefore, the conventional rear seat heating duct 01 is divided into left and right parts, avoiding the floor shift lever part, as shown in Figure 1, or it is divided into left and right parts, avoiding the floor shift lever part, as shown in Figure 2. , the structure is split into two parts near the rear seat. However, in the former case, the left and right air volume balance may not be constant, and the increase in the number of parts will increase assembly man-hours and costs. In the latter case, the air volume will decrease due to a decrease in the ventilation cross-sectional area. However, there were drawbacks such as poor rear seat heating effectiveness.

The present invention was made in order to improve the drawbacks of the conventional structure described above. It is installed by using pre-divided ducts to avoid the floor shift part, and then the air outlets of the divided ducts are connected. To provide a rear seat heating duct configured to equalize the air volume balance from left and right air outlets.

The duct 10 and the ventilation duct 13 are each formed by blow molding, and the air outlets 12a and 12b of the ventilation duct 13 are manufactured in a state where they are integrally connected at the confluence part 15.

Therefore, when the ventilation duct 13 is attached to the vehicle body, the merging portion 15 is appropriately cut as shown in FIG. The confluence port 15a on one side is widened so that it can fit together. Thereafter, the mounting brackets 16a and 16b provided on the bifurcated branch ducts 11a and 11b of the ventilation duct 13 are tightened with bolts, thereby avoiding the shift lever and the like, and is mounted as shown in FIG.

At this time, the branch parts 10a and 10b of the duct 10
Since the branch ducts 11a and 11b of the ventilation duct 13 are connected by a flexible connecting pipe 14 such as a bellows, it is easy to move and extremely easy to install while avoiding the shift lever and the like. The further branched airflow amounts are once merged through communication through the merging ports, so the airflow amounts from the left and right air outlets 12a, 12b remain constant.

As explained in detail above, according to the rear seat heating duct according to the present invention, by using a flexible connecting pipe such as a bellows, even though the branch duct is made into an integral structure after installation, the shift lever etc. The installation work of the component parts becomes extremely easy, and a sufficient ventilation cross-sectional area can be ensured. Also,
The structure is such that the left and right branch ducts merge at the downstream part of the ventilation duct, and if there is a difference in air volume flowing through the left and right branch ducts, that is, a difference in wind pressure, the wind will flow from the high pressure side to the low pressure side at the merging part. As a result, the air volume from the left and right outlets is equalized, and the heating effect for the rear seats is improved. Furthermore, since all of the ducts are blow molded, molding is easy, the number of parts is small, the number of assembly steps is simplified, and costs can be reduced, which has practical effects.
