・ Conventional technology A safety belt described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1972-37200 was devised as a conventional product, but a branch belt was sewn to the main body of the safety belt, and when the worker wore it on his/her waist, the sewn part It is hard and difficult to fit around the waist, causing back pain. Also, if it falls, the sewn part will separate from the ring side one by one, causing the worker's body to rotate and fall, causing the worker's body to be twisted. It was hot.

・ Problems that the invention aims to solve This invention is a safety belt that fits around the waist of the worker and does not twist the body when stopping the worker from falling, and a safety belt that prevents the worker from sustaining injury due to impact if he or she falls. The purpose is to provide a safety belt that can be used to restrain people.

・Means for solving the problem This invention aims to eliminate the hardening and twisting of the body caused by sewing the branch belt to the safety belt, which causes back pain. In this case, the above-mentioned drawbacks are solved by not sewing it directly onto the body tightening belt.

- Effect: When a worker falls and is restrained by a rope, when a buffer load is applied, the connecting rope 9 is pulled, and the load is applied to the ring part of the connecting means 6, and the complement belt 7 first comes off from the waist belt. The sewn part 5 of the buffer part 5
The sewing thread 51 of No. 3 is cut sequentially from one end side, and the thread cutting force acts as a resistance to absorb and alleviate the impact load, reducing the impact on the body of the fallen worker and protecting the worker from injury. It is something.

・Example As shown in the drawing, the present invention involves inserting a buckle 1 into a belt 2, folding back the center part of the belt 2 so that the buckle 1 is located at the tip of the folded part, and sewing the outer belt 4 and inner belt 3 together. 41, attach the buckle 1, and attach the proximal outer belt 4 and inner belt 3.
The outer belt 4 is then folded back to a predetermined length and overlapped 52, and the outer belt 4 is sewn in multiple zigzags in the longitudinal direction of the belt with a sewing thread 51 to form a sewn portion 53. It has a structure in which a ring part is provided as a coupling means 6 at the tip, and the ring part is sewn and temporarily secured to the inner belt 3 with a complementary belt 7.
A proximal end of a rope having a hook 11 at its tip is coupled to the ring portion of the coupling means 6.

・Effects of the invention By using this safety belt with the above structure, there will be no lower back pain when wearing it, no twisting of the body when falling, and no impact load will be applied to the body, preventing falls safely and making work easier. people can be protected. In addition, this invention can be used in the same way as conventional safety belts, and unlike the case where a shock absorber separate from the safety belt is installed separately, it is not bulky and has excellent workability, and it can also be reduced in weight. You can work safely with less fatigue. In addition, because the conventional shock absorber belt used a different type of belt from the safety belt belt, the distance when falling was long and there were cases where people could be injured by hitting structures, etc., but the present product uses a different type of belt than the safety belt belt. Since the belt itself is sewn, there is less elongation when it falls, and there is no risk of injury from hitting structures etc. due to the length being stretched.Furthermore, since the belt of the safety belt is sewn together, manufacturing time can be shortened. It has the practical effect of being able to be provided in large quantities at low cost.

・Other embodiments Figure 3 is a bottom view showing another embodiment, in which the outer belt 4 for cushioning and the inner belt 3 for waist tightening are manufactured as separate belts 2, and one part of the buckle is used. The functions and effects of the device are the same even if the device is sewn with polymeric sutures.
