Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ スタツド軸部２８の外周面に対し内周面にお
いて摺動する摺動シール部１９をダストカバー本
体１１とは別体に形成し、該摺動シール部１９の
外周及び該ダストカバー本体１１の上端内周に各
々補強リング１７，１６を一体に設け、これらの
補強リング１７，１６同志を接合することにより
摺動シール部１９をダストカバー本体１１に結合
したことを特徴とするダストカバーの組付構造。 ２ ダストカバー本体１１が柔軟性の高分子材よ
りなり、摺動シール部１９が耐摩耗性の高分子材
よりなる請求項１記載のダストカバーの組付構造
。 ３ スタツド軸部２８の外周には、摺動シール部
１９をダストカバー１の内側から軸方向に支える
フランジ２５を備えた保持部材２６を設けるとと
もに、該フランジ２５にグリース２３を通過させ
るための注入孔２７を設けた請求項１記載のダス
トカバーの組付構造。 ４ スタツド軸部２８の外周には、摺動シール部
１９をダストカバー１の内側から軸方向に支える
フランジ２５を備えた保持部材２６を設けるとと
もに、該フランジ２５と接触するダストカバー本
体１１のフランジ状縁部１３にグリース２３を通
過させるための溝３７を設けた請求項１記載のダ
ストカバーの組付構造。
