ームを各家庭で簡単にできるソフトクリーム製造
器を提供しようとするものであり、特に、出来上
つたソフトクリームを直接コーンカツプ等に盛り
付け得るようにし、もつて、操作性のよいソフト

1はハウジング、2はキヤツプ、3はソフトクリ
ームの素となる粉末と水又は牛乳或いはジユース
とを注入するための漏斗、4はハンドル、5は芯
棒、6は固定翼、7は撹拌翼、8はコツクハンド
ル、9はコツクハンドル8の止めねじ、10は蓄
冷剤室、11は蓄冷剤(冷媒)、12はクツシヨ
ンゴム、13はボール金具、14はばね、15は
ばね座、16はハンドルボス、17は回り止め噛
合クラツチで、図示のように、ハウジング1内に
固定翼6及び撹拌翼7が収納されて撹拌室を構成
しているが、本考案においては、この撹拌室が傾
斜しており、上方にはソフトクリーム原材注入口
1aが、下方にはソフトクリーム排出口1bが設
けられている。また、撹拌室の下方下部には蓄冷
剤室10が設けられており、この蓄冷剤室10に
は蓄冷剤11が挿脱自在に挿入し得るようになつ
ている。使用に先立つて、該蓄冷剤室10内の蓄
冷剤が該蓄冷剤室10から取り出されて冷蔵庫等
によつて十分に冷却された後、該蓄冷剤室10内
に挿入される。使用に際し、注入口1aには漏斗
3を取り付け、コツクハンドル8にて排出口1b
を閉塞し、漏斗3よりソフトクリーム原材である
ソフトクリームの粉末と水又は牛乳或いはジユー
スを注入するとともに、ハンドル4を回して撹拌
翼7を回転すると、漏斗3より注入されたソフト
クリーム原材は、撹拌室内にて撹拌されながら排
出口1bに向つて流動していき、排出口1bの近
傍にきた時に蓄冷剤室10内の蓄冷剤11によつ
て冷却される。なお、図示実施例の場合、蓄冷剤
室10は101,102,103の3室に分割され、
各室に蓄冷剤11が挿入されるようになつてい
る。ソフトクリーム素粉と水とを適当に撹拌,冷
却した後に、コツクハンドル8を回して排出口1
bを開口すると、撹拌室で前述のようにして撹
拌,冷却されて製作されたソフトクリームは、排
出口1bより排出され、コーンカツプ20内に直
接盛り込まれる。なお、以上には、ハンドル4に
て撹拌翼7を回転するようにした例について説明
したが、ハンドル4を芯棒5のボスにつけ換えて
固定翼6を回転し、撹拌翼7を固定するようにし
