いて各ボス部3の先端は案内用先細部3aに形成
されている。4は合成樹脂製基板1に固定される
金属製のブラケツト類であつて、該ブラケツト類
4はリナーナ係合部5を備えた主体部6の下端の
対向縁より外向きに取付脚部7,7を張出させて
各取付脚部7の中央に取付孔8を設けた点は周知
のこの種ブラケツト類と何ら代わることはない
が、各取付孔8の孔縁は主体部6から立ち上がら
せた先細のテーパ状短筒部9の先端に形成されて
いる。そして、この金属製のブラケツト類4は前
記取付孔8,8を合成樹脂製基板1のボス部3,
3に該テーパ状短筒部9のテーパ内面と案内用先
細部3aとの案内下に嵌め込んだうえ先端を超音
波ホーンなどの溶着用ホーン21で溶融圧潰する
ことにより各ボス部3の先端を抜け止め用頭部1
0に形成してブラケツト類4を合成樹脂製基板1
に固定したものであるが、前記溶着用ホーン21
の下端は中心が若干突出した曲面よりなる凹部2

押圧する必要がないので、組付作業時に溶着用ホ
ーンとブラケツト類4との接触により生ずる異音
がなくなつて作業環境がよくなるばかりか合成樹
脂製基板1やブラケツト類4の各部の寸法や溶着
用ホーンの下降量などに精度が要求されることも
なくて安価に量産できる利点もある。
