In general, three-dimensional textiles are special textiles made of threads extending in three mutually orthogonal directions: warp, width, and height, and can be used as they are, or as fiber-reinforced composite materials with resin or inorganic materials as a matrix. Used as a reinforcing member. In particular, the composite material has excellent mechanical properties such as shear strength, and thermal properties.
It is used as a heat-resistant member for high-speed flying objects such as rockets. It is also expected to be widely used in fields that require various lightweight structures.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY As a method for manufacturing this type of three-dimensional fabric,
For example, the one described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-1538 is known. In this device, a large number of carriers are arranged on a carrier fixed plate, a shaft thread is inserted through the central shaft of the carriers, a bobbin containing a entangled thread is arranged between the carriers, and the carrier receives the bobbin. A carrier arm that can be opened and closed for transferring the bobbin is provided, and the carrier arm is rotated around the carrier shaft to transfer the bobbin to an adjacent carrier, thereby moving the bobbin along an arbitrary path.

However, in this invention, each carrier can transfer bobbins to and from an adjacent carrier only at the position of the carrier arm.
Therefore, the carrier receiving the bobbin must have its carrier arm in the bobbin receiving position prior to receiving the bobbin.

In addition, one carrier must rotate a predetermined angle from the time it receives the bobbin until it passes the bobbin to the next carrier, and in that rotation path, the carrier arm of the adjacent carrier is rotated toward the first carrier. Otherwise, the bobbin will collide with the carrier arm and cannot operate properly.

In this type of device, the moving path of the carrier is stored in advance in a computer, etc., and the bobbin is transferred and the carrier arm is rotated according to the program. In this program, the bobbin is transferred between specific carriers. It is not enough to control only the rotation of the carrier that grips the bobbin; it is also necessary to appropriately control the carrier, which is completely unrelated to the current operation, making the program extremely complicated.

Therefore, it has been devised that the gripping means in the carrier is made up of two disks that can be opened and closed in the vertical direction, and a gripping disk provided on the bobbin is held between the disks by pressure. According to this, the carrier has no directionality, and it is only necessary to control the opening and closing of the carrier gripping means involved in bobbin delivery and the rotation of the carrier that grips the bobbin for the time being.
The structure is simple and the control program is simple, which is extremely convenient.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in a device equipped with this type of gripping means, the gripping means has no directionality and can grip the bobbin in any direction, so the advantage is that the gripping means can be easily controlled. However, there is a drawback in that all carriers other than the carrier gripping the bobbin must have their gripping means in a released state. That is, if the carrier along the bobbin passage path is closed, the bobbin will collide with the carrier and cannot pass.

By the way, when this type of device is used, the gripping means of all the carriers are interlocked and each carrier is rotated back and forth through an angle corresponding to the angle from one adjacent carrier to the next adjacent carrier. Then, only the gripping means of the carrier that is to move the bobbin is in a gripping state only when the gripping means rotates in the direction in which the bobbin is to be moved, and in this gripping state, the carrier is rotated together with the bobbin gripping means repeatedly, and the bobbin is It is considered to move along a desired route. According to this method, since it is sufficient to control only the opening and closing of the gripping means, the control means can be further simplified.

However, in this method, when the gripping means rotates in the direction of movement of the bobbin, it grips the bobbin, but when it rotates in the opposite direction, the gripping means is in a released state, and the bobbin is not gripped by either carrier. Not done. Therefore, there is nothing to support the bobbin, and the bobbin falls off the gripping means, making it impossible to weave. Furthermore, even if the released bobbin is placed on a carrier support plate, it is likely to topple over due to the tension of the entangled yarn being pulled out from the bobbin, the vibration of the carrier, etc., and weaving cannot be continued.

In a method for weaving a three-dimensional fabric in a complex manner, the gripping means 15, 19 of all carriers 10 are interlocked to hold one adjacent carrier 10 in each carrier 10.
The bobbin 2 is rotated back and forth through an angle corresponding to the angle from the next adjacent carrier 10 to the next adjacent carrier 10.
gripping means 1 of the carrier 10 to move the carrier 3;
Only when the gripping means 15, 19 rotate in the direction in which the bobbin 23 is to be moved, all the carriers 10 other than the carrier 10 are released. gripping means 15 of the carrier 10,
A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional fabric, characterized in that the fabric is held fixedly on the carrier fixing plate 9 when the fabric is not held on the carrier fixing plate 9. 3. A large number of axoneme groups extending perpendicularly to the plane through a large number of points arranged in a two-dimensional spread on a plane, and entangled with the axoneme groups on the plane by tracing an arbitrary route. This is a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional fabric having a structure consisting of entwined threads, in which a large number of carriers 10 with shaft threads 2 passed through a carrier fixing plate 9 are provided.
A bobbin 2 in which a entangled thread 27 is accommodated by two disc-shaped gripping means 15 and 19 provided on the carrier 10 so as to be rotatable and openable and closable up and down.
By repeating the operation of rotating the gripping means 15 and 19 and sequentially transferring the bobbin 23 to the gripping means 15 and 19 of the adjacent carrier 10, the entangled thread 27 is woven around the axle thread 2. In the method of intricately weaving a three-dimensional fabric, a plurality of the bobbins 23 are arranged on the carrier fixed plate 9,
Each bobbin 23 is moved by the gripping means 15 and 19 of the carrier 10 along the same or different paths, and while one carrier 10 grips one bobbin 23, the one carrier 10
All the carriers 10 adjacent to the carrier 10 are set in a released state, and when there is another bobbin 23 in the gripping position with respect to the adjacent carrier 10, the other bobbin 23 is moved to the adjacent carrier 10 and the first carrier 10. A method for producing a three-dimensional fabric, characterized in that the fabric is fixedly held on a carrier fixing plate 9 between the carriers 10 and other carriers 10.
