に応答してタイマリセツト信号を出力するタイマ
制御回路と、前記タイマセツト信号に応答して通
常の所要測定時間より長い予め設定された所定時
間を計時してタイマ信号を出力し、前記タイマリ
セツト信号に応答して前記計時を停止するタイマ
と、前記タイマ信号に応答して前記弁又は前記カ
フ圧を大気へ解放する別の弁を開放させる弁開放
制御回路とより成るカフ加圧時間制限手段を付加
