On the other hand, for wood pulp, there is a pulping method using mechanical defibration, which leaves components such as lignin and hemicellulose in the pulp.
There is a pulping method using chemical defibration that removes lignin, but the latter method has weak bonds between pulps and is difficult to form into plates, so although it can be used for bottle cultivation, it is difficult to form plates into pine plates and culture medium. る。(Effects of the invention) According to this invention, mushrooms are added to paper-made pine made of wood fibers containing 20 to 98% by weight of bark pulp of coniferous trees such as cedar and cypress and 1 to 79% by weight of wood pulp by mechanical defibration. This is related to pine for mushroom cultivation that contains nutritional sources, and since the wood materials are bound together by the intertwining of the coniferous bark pulp and wood pulp, the pine can be grown without using adhesives. It can maintain its shape, is lightweight and strong, has excellent handling during transportation, etc., and can be easily produced in large-sized plates, making it possible to cultivate in large quantities.
