Therefore, in a heater lamp for a kotatsu, it is important that the cap is attached to the heater lamp body in a specific state so that a desired attachment state is achieved for the heater lamp. in particular,
The axial direction of the heater lamp body and the cylindrical axis direction of the sealing part insertion part of the base match with high precision, and even when the base is fixed to the kotatsu, no excessive force is applied to the heater lamp body. It is necessary that the cap and the heater lamp body be installed with a certain amount of play or degree of freedom with respect to each other so that the lamp body does not become stuck.

However, when using a conventional cap,
Since the mounting position of the cap relative to the heater lamp body is unstable and tends to bend, it is difficult to stably achieve a state in which the axial direction of the heater lamp body and the cylindrical axis direction of the cap correspond. It is difficult to weld the external lead of the heater lamp body and the lead wire in this condition, and even if welding could be performed in a suitable condition, this posture easily collapses, so the heater lamp body There is a problem in that an excessive force is applied to the external lead at the welding point between the external lead of the lamp body and the lead wire, and as a result, the end sealing portion of the heater lamp body is easily damaged at an early stage.

The present invention was developed based on the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to easily and reliably align the axial direction of the heater lamp body with the cylindrical axial direction of the sealing part insertion portion of the cap. Therefore, it is possible to weld the external lead of the heater lamp body and the coated lead wire in the desired state, and no excessive force is applied to the external lead at the welding point. Moreover, the cap can be attached to the heater lamp body while the heater lamp body has a certain degree of freedom relative to the cap, so that no unreasonable force is applied to the heater lamp body when it is attached. Another object of the present invention is to provide a heater lamp for a kotatsu that reliably prevents overheating and has a long service life.

The base includes a flat cylindrical sealing part insertion part into which the end sealing part of the heater lamp main body is inserted, and a pair of flat plate parts facing each other in the sealing part insertion part. The width of separation between the sealing part presser claws provided at the ends of the sealing part insertion part and the side plate parts of the sealing part insertion part that protrude and extend from the insertion front end along the cylindrical axis direction of the insertion part is the same as that of the end of the heater lamp main body. A pair of anti-bending edges that match the width of the sealing part and are in contact with the outer surfaces of both sides of the end sealing part, respectively, and a pair of protruding edges that extend and protrude from the insertion rear end of one of the flat plate parts. an extending mounting plate part, a heat radiating part integrally formed with one flat plate part having the mounting plate part on both sides of the sealing part insertion part, and a heat dissipating part provided at an end of the mounting plate part. A U-shaped frame-shaped lead wire that holds a covered lead wire that is formed in the extension direction of the external lead that protrudes from the end sealing part in the axial direction of the sealing body and extends in the same direction as the external lead. Since the heater lamp for a kotatsu is characterized by having a holding part, it is possible to easily maintain a state in which the axial direction of the heater lamp body and the cylindrical axial direction of the sealing part insertion part of the cap are aligned.
This can be achieved reliably and stably, making it possible to weld the lead wire to the external lead without applying excessive force, and also stably holding both the heater lamp body and the covered lead wire in the base. This prevents early damage to the end sealing part, and the base is attached to the heater lamp body with a certain degree of freedom, so when installed on a kotatsu. It is possible to obtain a heater lamp for a kotatsu with a long service life by ensuring that no unreasonable force is applied to the heater lamp body, and that overheating of the end sealing part and the mounting plate part is reliably prevented. can.
