【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は開閉自在な幌屋根を有するオープンカ

んで車体後部に収納するのが通例であるが、例え
ば特公昭44−5004号公報によれば、折り畳んだ幌
屋根をカバーするようにした構成が示されてい
る。しかし、このように収納した幌屋根をカバー
しようとすると、カバー部材が必要なだけでな
く、幌屋根を覆つた状態で該カバー部材を着脱自
在に係止するための係止手段が必要となり、その
ため車体後部における幌屋根収納部の周辺の構造
が複雑化することになる。

車体後部に幌屋根の閉成時に幌の後端部を係止す
る係止手段が設けられている構成において、幌屋
根の開成時に該幌屋根を覆うカバー部材を上記係
止手段を用いて着脱自在に係合するように構成
し、これによりカバー部材の係止手段を別途設け
る必要をなくし、車体後部の幌屋根収納部周辺に
おける構造の簡素化を図ることを目的とする。

端がリヤシートの背面上部に固着され且つ他端に
上記係止手段に係合可能な係合手段が設けられた
カバー部材を備えたことを特徴とする。このカバ
ー部材は、車体後部に設けられた係止手段に幌の
後端部が係止される幌屋根の閉成時には、例えば
一端が固着されたリヤシートの背面上部から垂下
された状態とされるが、上記係止手段から幌の後
端部が取外される幌屋根の開成時には、該係止手
段に上記係合手段が係合されることにより、該カ
バー部材が収納された幌屋根の上方を覆つてリヤ
シートから車体後部に張り渡される。これによ
り、該カバー部材によつて車体後部に収納された
幌屋根がカバーされることになる。

後部に設けられた収納空間X(第3図参照)に収
納されるようになつているが、この収納を容易に
行わせるために、第2図に示すように、幌3の後
面部3aの側端部3b′と側面部3cの後端部3
c′とが分割されて、フアスナー5と脱着テープ6
(一対のバンド状接合部材6a,6bにループ状
もしくは釣針状に繊維を密に植設してなるもの)
とで接合、分離可能とされている。また、同様の
目的で該幌3の後面部3bの下端部3b″が車体か
ら分離され、該下端部3b″と車体後部に設けられ
たフランジ部7とに、上記脱着テープ6と同様の
脱着テープ8を構成する一対のバンド状接合部材
8a,8bが夫々固着されている。
