A reverse wedge-shaped concave groove is provided, and a bulge-shaped fitting portion is formed on both sides of a flexible elastic joint member made of rubber or the like so as to be inscribed with the groove, and these bulge-shaped fitting parts are formed. The structure is constructed by fitting the parts into the grooves of each fixing metal fitting, but since the fixing metal fittings are fixed to the floorboard by anchor means, it takes a huge amount of time and money to carry out rework work such as chiseling. In addition to this, there is a problem in that the connecting portion between the fixing fitting and the flexible expansion joint member is easily damaged due to peeling.

Therefore, in this invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, each fixing metal fitting is fixed to the floorboard through resin concrete, and at the same time, a gap is provided in the bulge-shaped fitting part formed in the flexible expansion joint member. By filling the gap of the lever with a shape-retaining material and further attaching and holding the contact surface between the flexible expansion joint member and the fixing metal via an adhesive, it is possible to facilitate rework and create a flexible expansion joint. This is intended to strengthen the connecting portion between the member and the fixture.

An elastomer-based mortar layer 14 is provided on 2,
A fixing fitting 16 is attached to a predetermined position of this mortar layer 14.
a, 16b are arranged facing each other, and these fixing fittings 16a, 16b are fixed to the floorboards 10, 12 via resin concrete 18, and the fixing fittings 16a,
16b are provided with grooves 20a and 20b in the form of a reverse wedge that expands inward from the opening thereof, and grooves 20 and 20b are provided on both side edges of a flexible elastic joint member 22 made of rubber or the like. It is constructed by providing bulging fitting parts 24a, 24b formed so as to be inscribed therein, and fitting these bulging fitting parts 24a, 24b into the grooves 20a, 20b of the fixing fittings 16a, 16b. ing.

好ましい。 That is, the fixing fittings 16a and 16b are arranged facing each other on the mortar layer 14 at a position that is slightly offset inward from the opposing surface of each floorboard, and in such a way that their upper surfaces are located substantially on the same plane as the pavement surface B. For example, resin concrete (trade name: Elastomerits, Kawada Kogyo) uses a binder containing a predetermined amount of liquid rubber in addition to epoxy resin to improve elasticity, bending fatigue resistance, adhesion, and continuous hardening.
Co., Ltd.) and fixed and held on the floorboards 10 and 12. In this case, it is preferable that anchor means 25 formed by assembling reinforcing bars be attached to the back surface of each of the fixing fittings 16a, 16b and integrated with the resin concrete 18.

直工事をすればよい。 According to the expansion joint device according to the present invention configured as described above, the displacement at the end of the floor plate is reduced by the mortar layer 14, the resin concrete 18, and the fixing metal fittings 16.
The joint member 22 and the fixing fitting 16 are fitted into the inverted wedge-shaped recessed groove 20, and are absorbed by the deformation of the joint member 22. Since it is firmly held by the held bulging fitting portion 24 and the adhesive 30, it is possible to prevent peeling during deformation, and therefore to prevent problems such as damage. If the joint member 22 is damaged due to long-term use, remove the damaged joint member 22 and insert a new joint member into the reverse wedge-shaped grooves 20a, 20b while deforming the bulging fitting parts 24a, 24b. After that, the gap 26 is filled with the shape retaining material 28, and the contact surface between the joint member and the fixing fittings is bonded with adhesive.
Furthermore, when repairing or replacing the fixture 16, only the resin concrete 18 needs to be removed and rework performed.
