In general, antifreeze is used as a heat insulating agent to keep food etc.
There are ideas related to cold containers described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 149834 and ideas related to cold packaging sheets described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 1987-19568. Both of the above-mentioned devices are constructed by hermetically sealing antifreeze between the two layers, the inner and outer layers.

Since the antifreeze solution is pre-filled, it is not possible to change the antifreeze solution depending on the object to be kept cold, and the cooling is always limited to a specific temperature, making it impossible to select the optimal cooling temperature according to the object to be kept cold. Can not.

Since the antifreeze liquid has fluidity, it easily flows between the inner and outer layers, making the sealed state uneven and making it impossible to keep the inner and outer layer surfaces uniformly cool at all times.

The inner and outer layers are always in an expanded state due to the inclusion of antifreeze, and when they are damaged by scratches, abrasion, etc., the antifreeze is likely to leak out, which poses a problem in their durability.

This idea attempts to solve the conventional problems all at once. It is possible to use the optimal antifreeze solution depending on the cooling temperature of the object to be refrigerated, and it is possible to maintain the antifreeze solution evenly between the inner and outer layers at all times. Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cold packaging bag that is extremely durable without leaking antifreeze due to breakage of the inner and outer layers, and is easy to manufacture.

That is, in this invention, a flexible synthetic resin bag main body 1 is formed with two inner and outer layers 2 and 3, and an antifreeze adsorbent 6 is uniformly held between the inner and outer layers 2 and 3. In addition, at least one of the inner and outer layers 2 and 3 has an injection hole 5 for injecting the required antifreeze A.
This is a cooling bag for packaging made up of.

After selecting the antifreeze solution A that is most suitable for the cooling temperature of the object to be cooled, the antifreeze solution A is injected through the injection hole 5 and is adsorbed and retained by the adsorbent material 6 between the inner and outer layers 2 and 3. After the antifreeze liquid A is cooled to a predetermined temperature by cooling the cold bag, the required object to be kept cold is placed in the cold bag, packaged, and kept cold. Depending on the object to be kept cold, it may be placed in a cold bag, packaged, cooled to a predetermined temperature, and kept cold.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a flexible bag body formed with two inner and outer layers 2 and 3, and the material of the bag body 1 is preferably a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene. Reference numeral 4 indicates a seal portion formed by extending the mouth edge of the bag body 1 upward, and reference numeral 5 indicates injection holes formed at predetermined intervals over the entire surface of the outer layer 3. Reference numeral 6 denotes an antifreeze adsorbent that is uniformly held between the inner and outer layers 2 and 3 by adhesion means, sewing means, etc. The adsorbent material 6 is preferably made of polyacrylamide, cellulose resin, or the like. It is. In addition, A indicates an antifreeze solution, and as the antifreeze solution, alcohols and glycols such as ethanol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, and glycerin, or known antifreeze solutions such as salt and sugar are used in liquid form. As the antifreeze A, it is preferable to select the most suitable one depending on the type of the object to be kept cool.

The packaging cold bag constructed as described above first has the following features:
We selected antifreeze A, which is optimal for the cold storage temperature of the items to be refrigerated,
It is injected through the injection hole 5 and held by the adsorbent 6 of the cold bag 1. Next, the cold bag is cooled to cool the antifreeze A to a predetermined temperature. Thereafter, the required object to be kept cold is stored in the cold bag, and the seal portion 4 is sealed and packaged to keep the object cold. In some cases, the object to be kept cold may be stored in a cold bag and the seal portion 4 sealed, and then the object may be cooled to a predetermined temperature and kept cold.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the injection hole 5 is located in the outer layer 3.
However, it is not limited to this, and may be formed on both the inner and outer layers 2 and 3, or on the inner layer 2.
It goes without saying that the injection holes 5 may be formed only in the injection hole 5, and the position and number of the injection holes 5 may also be changed arbitrarily.

Since antifreeze is adsorbed and held by the adsorbent 6, antifreeze A may be damaged due to damage to the inner and outer layers 2 and 3.
There is no risk of the product leaking out and becoming unusable, and it can withstand long-term use.
