ナパネル3の周縁部301に形成されており、通

ネル4の外形面401内の下側縁に位置する重合
部402およびこの重合部より延出する折返し部
403とにより挾圧される。このような従来構造
では、水抜き穴2の下部は重合部402と折返し
部403とにより袋状部Cを形成してしまい、こ
