Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 蒸気を加熱源とする蒸気式加熱器と、この蒸
気式加熱器で熱を奪われて液化した蒸気のドレン
を一時的に貯溜するドレン貯留タンクと、このド
レン貯留タンクの下流側に設けられて該ドレン貯
溜タンク内の水位を所定値に維持させるように作
動する水位制御弁と、この水位制御弁の下流側に
設けられているとともに該水位制御弁の設置位置
よりも高い位置に設置されていて前記水位制御弁
から排出されるドレンを回収するドレン回収タン
クとを備え、かつ、前記水位制御弁と該ドレン回
収タンクとを接続しているドレン配管の途中に設
けられていて、この設けられている個所から前記
水位制御弁までの間の該配管内のドレンの圧力を
前記ドレン貯溜タンク内の飽和水圧力以上になる
ように制御する圧力制御弁を備えていることを特
徴とする、蒸気式加熱器ドレンのフラツシング防
止装置。 ２ 圧力制御弁に流入するドレンの圧力を検知し
てその圧力が所定値になるように該圧力制御弁に
制御作動信号を出力する圧力調節計を有する請求
項１記載の蒸気式加熱器ドレンのフラツシング防
止装置。 ３ 圧力制御弁が、ドレン回収タンクのドレン入
口の近傍に設けられている請求項１または２記載
の蒸気式加熱器ドレンのフラツシング防止装置。 ４ ドレン貯溜タンクと水位制御弁の間にポンプ
が設けられている請求項１，２または３記載の蒸
気式加熱器ドレンのフラツシング防止装置。 ５ 水位制御弁が設置されている階よりも上位の
階にドレン回収タンクが設置されている請求項１
，２，３または４記載の蒸気式加熱器ドレンのフ
ラツシング防止装置。 ６ 蒸気式加熱器がボイラの燃焼用空気を加熱す
る蒸気式空気予熱器である請求項１，２，３，４
または５記載の蒸気式加熱器ドレンのフラツシン
グ防止装置。
