Claims (1)

持ちさらにICチツプと該ICチツプに接続する
複数の引出し配線上に積層したメタルを持つ第2
の基板と、異方性導電シール部にて該第1の基板
と第2の基板との間に液晶を封入しかつ前記第1
の基板の透明電極と第2の基板の引出し配線とを
接続する異方性導電シール材とを備え、該異方性
導電シール材は弾性を有する導電粒と該導電粒の
粒径よりわずかに小さい非導電粒とをシール材に
混入したものからなり、前記第1の基板と第2の
基板との前記異方性導電シール部は前記第1の基
板は前記透明電極で構成し、前記第2の基板は前
記引出し配線で構成することを特徴とする液晶表
