Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the damage and deformation of a slide member by mounting the slide member in a state to be displaced upward from the lower end of a core metal and holding separately away from a floor at a temporary installation period during non-insertion of it in a sill groove. CONSTITUTION:A core metal 9 is mounted in a screw seat 8, mounted on the rise surface part of a reinforcing member 5 located to the lower end part of a floor platform door 1 by means of a screw, by means of a bolt 7. A slide member 12 slidably and loosely engaged with a guide groove 11 of a sill 10 of the lower edge of an entrance is mounted on the lower part of the core metal 9 to prevent the generation of noise. The slide member 12 is mounted in a state to be displaced upward from the lower end of the metal 9. Thus, during temporary installation, the exposed lower end of the metal 9 is supported in a manner to contact a floor 13 and since the slide member 12 is not in a state to make contact with a floor 13, the slide member 12 is prevented from damage and deformation and the generation of noise during opening and closing can be reliably prevented.

(Example) Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on an example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. (6) is a plurality of door shoes (door guides) screwed onto the reinforcing member (5), This door shoe (6)
As shown in FIG. 1, there is a screw seat (8) screwed onto the vertical surface of the reinforcing member (5) by a plurality of bolts (7), and a screw seat (8) that is penetrated by the plurality of bolts (7). 8), and a sliding member attached to the lower part of the core metal fitting (9) and slidably and loosely inserted into the guide groove (11) of the sill (10) at the lower edge of the entrance/exit. (12), and the sliding member (1
2) is made of resin such as nylon to prevent noise generation. Unlike the conventional example, the sliding member (12) that is loosely inserted into the guide groove (11) is installed with an upward shift from the lower end of the core metal fitting (9).
13) (see Figures 1 and 6). In other words, during packing or temporary storage, the exposed lower end of the core metal fitting (9) supports the door (1).

その他の部分については従来例と同様である。The other parts are the same as the conventional example.
