グを支持し、かつ上記シフトロツドに上記ダンパ
のピストンを嵌合するとともに、該シフトロツド
に対して上記ピストンを一定範囲内で回動可能に
支持させ、上記シフトロツドが上記常時噛合機構
での同期動作開始からシフト動作完了までの間で
上記ピストンに係合させるようにしたことを特徴
