Abstract

1の一端入口2から他端出口3に向って移動するように
なっている。尚、上記冷却器5は冷凍庫1の外に設置し
た冷凍機5aに夫々接続され、また、冷却器5には冷気
攪拌用ファン7が挿入され、このファン7は冷凍庫10
天壁に取付けたモータ8に連結されている。また、上記
冷凍庫1の内側上部には第7図のように庫内洗浄用の液
体噴射ノズル9が、かつ、上記冷却器5には冷却器洗浄
用の液体噴射ノズル10が夫々設けられ、更にコンベヤ
6の出口には該コンベヤ6を浸漬通過させるコンベA・
の洗浄槽11が設けられ、この洗浄槽11並びに上記液
体噴射ノズル9,10には各種薬品槽12.清水タンク
13が切換バルブ14.送水ポンプ15を介して夫々接
続され、かつ、冷凍庫1の底には排水の貯溜槽16、並
びに該貯溜槽16に連通した排水ポンプ17が接続され
るこの種の食品冷凍装置の概略構成である。
