The mobile device 101 transmits the calling signal A to the wireless control line 11.
0, the wireless base station 102 that received this sends a calling signal B to the mobile switching center 103 via the control line 111, and the mobile station 101
Notifies you that a call has been made. Mobile device 101
When the mobile switching center 103 detects the call, the mobile switching center 103 selects the empty communication line 107 corresponding to the wireless communication line 106 and sets up the communication path 106 with the mobile device 101 to the wireless base station 102 via the control line 111. Instruct. Radio base station 102 instructs mobile device 101 to use call line 106 through radio control line 110. In this way, the communication path 106-107 between the mobile station 101 and the mobile switching center 103 is established (FIG. 6C). After setting the call path, the mobile device 101 transmits a dial number D indicating the connection destination to the mobile switching center 103 through the call path 106-107. Based on the received dialed number, the mobile switching center 103 sends the mobile switching center 103 to the switching center 1 accommodating the called subscriber 105.
04 (E), and requests the exchange 104 to connect to the called subscriber 105.
As a result, the switching center 104 calls the called subscriber 105 (F) and calls the already connected call path 105.
A ringing tone RBT indicating that the called party is being called is sent to the mobile device 101 through 8-107-106, and the called party's response G is awaited. Exchange 1
04, when detecting the response G from the callee 105, stops the ringing tone RBT and connects the communication lines 108 and 109 (H). As a result, communication path 106-1 between mobile device 101 and called subscriber 105
07-108-109 is set, and call J becomes possible. Note that when the called party 105 is busy, a busy tone is sent from the communication path 108 to notify the calling party (mobile device 101) that the called party 105 is busy.

In this case, as is clear from FIG. 6, the connection continues for a long time after the wireless line is set up until it is used for a call. That is, the wireless communication line 106 is put on hold during connection control, while calling the called subscriber, and until it is determined that the call is busy and cannot be connected.During this time, calls from other mobile devices are held. Therefore, there is a problem in that the usage efficiency of the wireless line is extremely poor.

In order to achieve the above object, the wireless line setting method of the present invention includes transmitting a calling signal including a dial number from a mobile device to a wireless base station via a wireless control line, and further receiving the calling signal by a mobile switching center. In a mobile communication system where a mobile switching center connects to the general network and sets up a wireless line, the mobile switching center
When the mobile switching center sends connection information to the general network, or detects a ringing tone from the destination switching center, or detects a called party response signal, the mobile switching center connects the mobile switching center and the mobile device. It is characterized by setting up a wireless telephone line.

(i) First method This method is set during connection processing to a general network, and will be explained with reference to FIG. The calling subscriber is
The telephone number of the destination is set in advance in the mobile device 201, and the call is made with one touch. As a result, the mobile device 201 sends out a calling signal A including the dial number via the radio control line 211. When the radio base station 202 receives the calling signal A, it relays it to the mobile switching center 203 via the control line 212 (calling signal B). When the mobile switching center 203 receives the calling signal B, the mobile switching center 203 connects the telephone line 20 to the switching center 205 accommodating the called subscriber 206 based on the dial number included in the calling signal B.
9 is set (Connection C). In the first method,
In parallel with this process (connection C), a wireless line setting is instructed. That is, the mobile switching center 203 selects the communication line 208 corresponding to the free wireless communication line 207 and connects it to the wireless base station 202 through the control line 212.
On the other hand, the wireless communication line 20 with the mobile device 201
7. As a result, the radio base station 202 instructs the mobile device 201 via the radio control circuit 211 to use the radio communication line 207 and enter into a communication state. The mobile device 201 connects the mobile device 201 and the switching center 2 by switching the radio frequency from the control line 211 to the wireless communication line 207.

In this method, the mobile switching center 203 has BT and RBT.
The signal detector 204 is equipped with a signal detector 204, which simply predicts that the connection is in progress by receiving a ringing tone RBT during wireless line setup, and predicts that the connection is not possible by receiving a busy tone BT. This is to detect.

In this way, the mobile switching center 203
The dial signal from the mobile device 201 is received by the control line 212, and the dial signal from the mobile device 201 is received in parallel with general network connection control.
Since the wireless communication line is set up between the mobile switching center 203 and the mobile switching center 203, there is no need to use the wireless communication line while dialing signals are being transmitted, and the wireless communication line can be used effectively in terms of time. can.

Using the same method as before, it is determined whether the called subscriber 206 is busy or not, and if the called subscriber 206 is not busy, the called subscriber 206 is called and a ringing tone RBT is sent to the mobile switching center 203.
If the call is busy, the mobile switching center 203 will send a busy tone BT.

The mobile switching center 203 has a BT, RBT signal detector 2
When the ringing tone RBT is detected from the switching center 205 by 04, the wireless communication line 207 between the mobile switching center 205 and the mobile device 201 is set up using the same procedure as in the first method, and the communication line 209 is connected to the general network. Connecting. As a result, a communication path between the mobile device 201 and the switching center 205 is established, and since the ringing tone RBT is heard in the mobile device 201, the calling party knows that the called party is currently being called. Thereafter, in the same manner as in the conventional method, when the called party 206 answers (E, F), the communication path between the mobile device 201 and the called party 206 is connected, and a conversation becomes possible.

In this way, in the second method, the ringing tone FBT and the busy tone BT sent from the switching center 205 are monitored, and the wireless communication line 207 does not have to be used when the busy tone is detected. The effectiveness of the wireless communication line can be measured even more than the first method.

The mobile device 201 sends a calling signal A, the mobile switching center 203 detects the calling signal B from the radio base station 202, and extends the connection C to the switching center 205 where the called party 206 is accommodated. Accordingly, the mobile switching center 203 sets up a call line 209 to the switching center 205. The mobile switching center 203 connects the BT and FBT signal detector 204 to the telephone line 209, and
Monitor the busy tone BT and ringing tone RBT from 05. Here, the processing when the busy tone BT is received is the same as in the second method.

The mobile switching center 203 has a BT, RBT signal detector 2
When the ringing tone RBT is detected from the switching center 205 at 04, the wireless communication line setting process is not performed immediately, and a ringing tone sending signal is sent to the mobile device 201 in the same manner as when the busy tone BT is received. do. When mobile device 201 receives the ringing tone sending signal, it generates a ringing tone to notify the caller that it is currently ringing. As explained above, according to the present invention, when a mobile switching center makes a connection request to a subsequent switching center, or when it confirms that a called party has been called from a destination switching center, When a callee's response is detected, each wireless call line is set, so it is possible to shorten the wasted time of holding the wireless call line without making a call, improving the efficiency of using the wireless call line. be able to.

1 A mobile switching center transmits a calling signal including a dial number to a wireless base station via a radio control line, and the mobile switching center receives the calling signal, thereby allowing the mobile switching center to connect to a general network and establish a wireless connection. In a mobile communication system that sets up a line, when the mobile switching center sends connection destination information to the general network, detects a ringing tone from the destination switching center, or sends a called party response signal. A wireless line setting method characterized in that, when the mobile switching center detects the detection, the mobile switching center sets up a wireless communication line between the mobile switching center and the mobile device.
