BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a transfer abandonment method when a call is transferred during a call in an electronic exchange. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventional electronic switching systems provide a service for transferring a call in progress to a third party. In a PBX, when a subscriber of an extension telephone is talking with a subscriber of another extension telephone, a leased line subscriber, or a central office line subscriber, a subscriber of a third party's extension telephone, a private line subscriber, or a central office line subscriber is It is possible for the calling subscriber to keep the called subscriber waiting and talk to a third party subscriber, or for the called subscriber to make a call between the third party subscriber and the called subscriber. These call forwarding services are possible by either the originating subscriber or the terminating subscriber by hooking and dialing a third party's telephone number. However, if the third party is busy or absent, the originating subscriber or the terminating subscriber has to perform a hooking operation to return to the original conversation state. For this reason, the user is required to perform a hooking operation, and a simple automated method has been required.

[0004] In the conventional system, when extension telephone A is talking to telephone B and wants to transfer the call to a third party's telephone C, telephone A hooks the telephone and dials the number of telephone C, thereby transmitting hold tone to telephone B. At the same time, the telephone C

If telephone A hooks in this state, telephone A and telephone B become able to communicate again, and telephone C is disconnected. Further, when telephone A and C are in a talking state, if telephone A goes on-hook, telephone B and C can talk. If phone B that is talking to phone A is an extension phone, hooking phone B and dialing the number to phone C will enable phone B and C to talk, and conversely, a hold tone will be sent to phone A. [Operation] A processing flowchart of the present invention is shown in FIG. The figure shows processing flows for each case when the transfer destination telephone C is an extension telephone of the own exchange, when it is a trunk line/office line of the common line signaling system, and when it is a trunk line/office line of the individual line signaling system. (1) Start from a state where telephone A and telephone B are talking. (2) Hooking from phone A is detected. (3) Send hold tone to telephone B. A dial tone is connected to telephone A. (4) Receive the dialed digits of telephone C from telephone A. (5) In the case of a local extension, the state of telephone C is detected from the extension state management table 5. (6) In the case of common channel signaling, request the other party to connect telephone C. (7) Receive the status of telephone C from the partner station. (8) In the case of the individual line signaling system, the tone detection device 6 receives the tone from the other station. (9) In (5) to (8) above, when the transfer destination telephone C is busy (receiving busy tone), the call control unit 4 activates the timer processing unit 7 to perform a 4-second timing process. . (10) After taking a timing of 4 seconds, notify the call control unit 4 of the hooking signal equivalent of telephone A. (11) Connect telephone A and telephone B and return to a talking state. (12) In (5) to (8) above, when transfer destination telephone C is not busy (receiving ring tone), telephone A and telephone C are connected to enable a conversation. (13) Hooking from telephone A is detected. (14) Connect telephone A and telephone B to make a call in progress, and disconnect telephone C. (15) In the state of (12) above, disconnection of telephone A is detected. (16) Connect telephone B and telephone C to enable communication.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of a sequence diagram of call connection when the transfer destination is busy according to the present invention. In the figure, from (a) to (
e) indicates the connection status. (a) While telephone A and telephone B are talking, telephone A performs a hooking operation and the telephone number of transfer destination telephone C is dialed. (b) If telephone C is on an extension line or a trunk line/office line using the common line signaling method, telephone A listens to the busy tone of its own exchange, and telephone B listens to the hold tone of its own exchange, and immediately performs timer processing ( 4 seconds timing) is activated. (c) If telephone C is connected to an individual line signaling trunk/office line, telephone B listens to the hold tone from its own exchange, and telephone A listens to the busy tone from the other party's exchange. (d) After the tone detection device detects a busy tone from the other party's exchange, timer processing (4 seconds timing) is activated. (e) Thereafter, when the timer processing in (b) and (d) times out, the communication state between telephone A and telephone B returns.
