の前方に研削火粉回収ダクトの先端開口部を対向
配置し、かつ、この先端開口部に受皿部材をコン
タクトホイールに向けて上下方向に角度調整可能
に枢着してあるので、ダクトの先端開口部の下面
を被研削物に密着させることができて隙間が発生
せず、コンタクトホイール部で発生して前方に吹
き飛ばされる研削火粉を完全、かつ、確実に吸引
することができる。また、研削火粉回収ダクトを
移動台車の前後方向に延長配置し、かつ、上記ダ
クトの後端をU字状に迂回させて分離回収ボツク
スに接続したので、上記ダクト内を通過する間に
研削火粉は十分に冷却され、したがつて、研削粉
粒は分離回収ボツクス内に付着することなく分離
回収され、集塵機本体のフイルタを焼損させるこ
とがない、さらに、集塵機本体および分離回収ボ
ツクスを狭いスペースにバランスよく配置するこ
とができると共に、小型の集塵機の使用が可能と
なり、軽量化の要請にも十分応じることができ、
研摩機の取扱時における作業者の労力を大幅に軽
減し得る。

スとを移動台車に上記分離回収ボツクスが前方と
なるように設置し、一方、後部のコンタクトホイ
ールと前部の駆動プーリとに掛け渡された研摩ベ
ルトの下面に沿つて移動台車の前後方向にベルト
幅より広幅で、かつ、長尺な研削火粉回収ダクト
を配置すると共に、該ダクトの先端開口部をコン
タクトホイールの前方に対向配置し、かつ、上記
先端開口部に受皿部材をコンタクトホイールに向
けて上下方向に角度調整可能に枢着し、上記ダク
トの後端をU字状に迂回させて上記分離回収ボツ
クスに接続したことを特徴とする可搬式研摩機。
