構を介して回転可能に横架支持し、前記駆動プーリに近
接した前記移動台車上にこの駆動プーリと連結した駆動
モータを搭載し、前記駆動プーリ、コンタクトホイール
及びテンションプーリ間に無端状の研磨ベルトを張設
し、この研磨ベルトを前記コンタクトホイールの下面で
前記移動台車の前進方向に向けて走行駆動するように構
成した移動式研磨機において、 前記移動台車上に、フィルタ付きの集塵ボックス及び吸
気発生手段からなる集塵機本体と、吸気パイプを介して
この集塵機本体に接続されたサイクロン及び分離回収ボ
ックスからなる研削火粉の分離捕集機を設置し、また、
前記コンタクトホイール、駆動プーリ及びテンションプ
ーリに掛け渡された研磨ベルトの走行面に沿う前記移動
台車の下側に、長手方向を前記移動台車の前後方向と揃
えた状態で前記研磨ベルトよりも広幅で、かつ、長尺な
研削火粉の回収ダクトを配設すると共に、この研削火粉
回収ダクトの先端開口部を前記コンタクトホイールの前
方に対向配置すると共に、前記回収ダクトの先端開口部
に、前記研磨ベルトを通過可能に挿通する短い角筒状の
吸引口部材を、受ストッパを介して上部内面の下側に前
記研磨ベルトの走行間隙を残し、かつ、先端開口部を前
記コンタクトホイールの外周縁に近接させて上下方向に
角度調整可能に枢着し、また、前記研削火粉回収ダクト
の後端に管継手を介して可撓性の吸気ホースを接続し、
この吸気ホースの上流端を前記サイクロンの側壁の開口
部分に接線状に接続したことを特徴とする移動式研磨
