Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a clear image when projected by improving conservative suitability for printing with a dot printer by a method wherein a layer containing styrene butadiene copolymer and adhesive resin is installed on a transparent plastic film. CONSTITUTION:A layer containing styrene-butadiene copolymer and adhesive resin which presents good compatibility with styrene-butadiene copolymer transparent and has enough adhesion to a film is provided to at least, a side surface of a transparent plastic film. A ratio by weight of styrene-butadiene copolymer and adhesive resin should preferably be within a range of 90/10-10/90. As adhesive resin shows good compatibility with styrene-butadiene copolymer to be used is transparent and has sufficient adhesion to the film, a mixture of a one kind or two or more kinds of resins such as rosin series, terpene series, synthetic petroleum resin, phenolic resin, xyrene resin, cumarone-indeneresin, styrene resin, dicyclopentadiene resin, and ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer resin is used. Thereby, ink of an ink ribbon is fixed quickly and further, transparency of the film is not injured.

[Prior art and its problems] Conventional 0. Single transparent plastic films such as polyester, acetate, and polycarbonate have been used for H and P films, but in recent years 0. As a recording method for H and P films, printing using dot printers used as terminals for personal computers and the like is rapidly becoming desired.

However, since the main component of the ink in the ink ribbon used in dot printers is non-drying oil, the ink has poor fixation when printing on transparent plastic film, and the print may easily come off when rubbed by hand. This had a major drawback in terms of storage stability after printing due to the disarray. In order to correct the above-mentioned defects, a matting agent and a suitable binder were coated on a transparent plastic film.
There are H and P films, but when printed with a dot printer, it takes time for the ink to fix, and because they are coated with a matting agent, they are actually O and H.

[Means and Objects of the Invention] The present invention provides a layer containing a styrene-butadiene copolymer and an adhesive resin on a transparent plastic film, thereby quickly fixing the ink of an ink ribbon used in a dot printer. The purpose is not to impair the transparency of the film.

[Configuration 1 of the Invention The present invention is a film for P, in which a layer containing a styrene-butadiene copolymer and an adhesive resin is provided on at least one side of a transparent plastic film. 11. It is not certain whether the P film will quickly fix the ink of the dot printer ink ribbon, but the styrene-butadiene copolymer has very good compatibility with the non-drying oil, which is the main component of the ink ribbon. Moreover, it is speculated that non-drying oils may be absorbed quickly.

In addition, since styrene-butadiene copolymer alone does not have sufficient adhesion to transparent plastic films, it is necessary to have good compatibility with the styrene-butadiene copolymer, and to maintain sufficient adhesion to the film while being transparent. A layer comprising an adhesive resin having a composition is provided on the film. The styrene
The weight ratio of the butadiene copolymer to the adhesive resin is preferably in the range of 90/10 to 10/90, particularly preferably in the range of 80/20 to 20/80. When the ratio is greater than 90,710, the adhesion of the layer in the present invention to the film becomes so weak that it may come off when rubbed by hand. Furthermore, if it is less than 10,790, the ink absorption effect of the styrene-butadiene copolymer will be diminished.

Note that adhesive resins that exhibit good compatibility with the styrene-butadiene copolymer used in the present invention, are transparent, and have sufficient adhesion to the film include rosin-based, terpene-based, and synthetic petroleum-based resins. One or a mixture of two or more of the following resins are used: phenolic resins, xylene resins, coumaron indene resins, styrene resins, dicyclopentadiene resins, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resins.

Appropriate printing was performed on the three films of Example 1.2 and Comparative Example using a wire tod printer, and after being left for 5 minutes, the printing was rubbed with a hand to observe the fixation of the printing. In Examples 1 and 2, the ink had good fixability and the print did not become disturbed or smeared even when rubbed by hand, but in the comparative example, all the print was easily removed.
