In FIGS. 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 is an applicator attached to the tip of the barrel 2, and in the illustrated example, a pipe part 4a is inserted into the pen tip 3, which is made of a porous material, a fiber convergence material, etc. Place the holder 4 on the shaft cylinder 2
Although the applicator 1 is shown as being press-fitted to the tip, various modifications can be made, such as by adding a holder 4 or by making the tip of the shaft tube 2 smaller in diameter. Reference numeral 5 denotes a fluid storage chamber provided in the barrel 2 and communicating with the pen tip 1;
Liquids and powders for makeup and writing are stored inside. Reference numeral 6 denotes a push rod equipped with a piston 7 on the front part that is slidable in the fluid storage chamber 5, and the push rod 6 has a spiral groove 8 carved on the outer surface of the rear part of the piston 7 and a concave groove in the longitudinal direction. It has 9. 10 is restricted from moving in the longitudinal direction by the inner stage 11 of the shaft cylinder 2 and the front end of a rotating body 15 (described later), and has a groove 12 on the outer surface connected to a plurality of longitudinal protrusions 13 on the inner surface of the shaft cylinder 2. This is a detent placed at a predetermined position within the shaft cylinder 2 and is made non-rotatable. The press rod 6 inserted into the detent 10 has a protrusion 14 on the inner surface of the detent 10.
The push rod 6 is slidably engaged with the concave groove 9, that is, the press rod 6 is prevented from rotating with respect to the detent 10 and can only move in the longitudinal direction. 15 is partially exposed from the rear end of the shaft cylinder 2, and has an annular protrusion 16 on the outer surface.
is a bottomed cylindrical rotating body that is rotatably provided in the shaft tube 2 by engaging with the annular groove 17 on the inner surface of the shaft tube 2,
The rotating body 15 is provided in an appropriate number (two in the figure) at its front part.
It has a split 18 which can be elastically reduced in diameter, and a threaded part 19 provided on the inner surface of the front part.
is screwed into the spiral groove 8 at the rear of the press rod 6.
Further, the rotating body 15 has a protrusion 20 corresponding to the division number on the outer surface of the front part, and the protrusion 20 is placed in pressure contact between the protrusions 13 on the inner surface of the shaft cylinder 2.

In order to supply the fluid in the fluid storage chamber 5 to the applicator 1, the rotating body 15 exposed from the rear end of the shaft cylinder 2 is rotated with a finger or the like. When rotating the rotating body 15, its protrusion 20
The resistance force when it gets over the protrusion 13 on the inner surface of the shaft cylinder 2 is:
Since the front part of the rotating body 15 can be elastically reduced in diameter by the split 18 and the threaded gap between the threaded part 19 and the spiral groove 8, the diameter can be reduced to an extent that does not impede rotation. Therefore, the rotating body 15 can rotate while emitting a stepwise sound according to the number of protrusions 13 on the inner surface of the shaft cylinder 2. On the other hand, the push rod 6 that is screwed into the rotating body 15 is prevented from rotating by the detent 10 and can only move in the longitudinal direction. If eight protrusions 13 are equally distributed on the inner surface of the cylinder 2, the rotating body 15 will move forward along the spiral according to the sound (when one cross-over sound causes the rotating body 15 to rotate 45 degrees), and the front piston 7 will move the rotating body 15 forward into the fluid storage chamber 5. An appropriate amount of fluid can be supplied to the applicator 1.

Incidentally, in order to reduce the initial rotational resistance force of the rotating body 15 mentioned above, as shown in FIG. In order to further prevent the rotating body 15 from reversing, it is preferable to provide a surface 22 parallel to the axis on the protrusion 13 and the protrusion 22 that come into contact with each other in the opposite direction of rotation. Furthermore, by individually changing the height and width of the protrusions 13, it is possible to add a musical scale to the overtone when the rotating body 15 rotates.

Figures 6 and 7 show another embodiment in which the inner surface of the shaft cylinder 2 has a polygonal cross section (regular octagon in the figure) in place of the protrusion 13 mentioned above, which prevents rotation. By making the outer shape of 10 the same as the inner shape, it becomes impossible to rotate with respect to the shaft cylinder 2, and the protrusion 2 of the rotating body 15
The upper surface of the rotating body 15 is brought into pressure contact with one side of the inner surface of the shaft cylinder 2, so that the rotating body 15 can be rotated while emitting a passing sound in stages according to the number of sides, and has the same effect as the embodiment described above. You can expect it. In short, an irregular cross section is formed on the inner surface of the shaft cylinder 2, and the irregular cross section is connected to the helical groove 8 of the press rod 6 and the screw portion 19 of the rotor 15, regardless of the diameter reduction state of the rotor 15. What is necessary is to have a minimum diameter and a maximum diameter that can satisfy the screw engagement.

(Effects) As described above, according to the present invention, the piston is slidably provided in the fluid storage chamber in the barrel that communicates with the application section at the tip of the barrel, and the outer surface of the push rod that interlocks with the piston is provided with a spiral groove. At the same time, the press rod is slidably engaged only in the longitudinal direction with a detent placed non-rotatably at a predetermined position in the shaft cylinder, and a part is exposed from the rear end of the shaft cylinder so that it can rotate freely. An applicator in which a threaded portion of a rotor provided is screwed into a spiral groove of the push rod,
An appropriate number of cracks are formed on the threaded portion of the rotary body so that the diameter can be elastically reduced, and a protrusion is formed on the outer surface of the portion of the rotor where the split is formed, and this protrusion is inserted into the inner surface of the shaft cylinder. The irregular cross section of the inner surface of the shaft cylinder is brought into contact with the helical groove of the push rod and the rotation regardless of the diameter reduction state of the rotating body, which changes depending on the contact position of the protrusion. It has a minimum diameter and a maximum diameter that can satisfy the screw engagement with the threaded part of the body, so that the protrusion of the rotating body can be rotated in stages while being pressed against the inner wall of the shaft cylinder. Therefore, when supplying fluid to the pen tip, rotate the rotating body in stages, and while checking the noise from the protrusion of the rotating body, carefully check whether makeup or writing liquid or powder in the fluid storage chamber is being supplied. It is possible to reliably supply an appropriate amount of the liquid to the application section, and since the rotating body generates a predetermined resistance force against its rotation, it is also possible to prevent the piston from moving forward or backward inadvertently.
