PURPOSE:To control directly the speed of an input device by reference to the movement of a mouse cursor by using a display device which shows the ratio of shift distance between a mouse and the mouse cursor and a mouse cursor moving speed changing device which changes the moving speed of the mouse cursor independently of the mouse. CONSTITUTION:A mouse cursor moving speed changing device 3 changes the shift ratio of distance between a mouse 2 and a mouse cursor on a display screen of a display device 1.
