Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce noise by attaching a cushioning material and a coating material to the compressor in a compressor unit which is independent of a main body, and a sound proof material between a first frame and a second frame so as to place the compressor in the closed state. CONSTITUTION:In a compressor unit 20 provided independently of a main body 3, a first frame 21 which can be dissembled is formed, and at a bottom part 22 of its frame 21, a cushioning material 23 and a base plate 24 fixed to it with an adhesive are constituted integrally. A compressor 26 is provided on this base plate 24 with a vibration isolator 25 interposed. This compressor 26 is entirely coated by a coating material 27. A sound proof material 28 is stuck to the outside of the frame 21, and a protrusion part 29 appropriately formed in the protruded state is provided over the whole circumference. In the meantime, a vibration proof material 31 is stuck to a second frame 30, which is constituted through engagement with the sound proof material 28 to provide a sound and a vibration proof effects. By this, most of the noise generated by operation of the compressor is absorbed and leakage of noise can be prevented.

A compressor 26 is provided to the base plate 24 with a vibration isolator 25 made of rubber and springs interposed therebetween. The entire circumference of the compressor 26 is covered with a covering material 27 made of felt material. A soundproofing material 28 made of a non-washed rubber sheet with high specific gravity is pasted and attached to the outside of the first frame 21, and a convex portion 29 is formed in a convex shape as appropriate around the entire circumference.
has been established. On the other hand, the second frame 30 is disassembleable, has a vibration-proofing material 31 made of high-density butyl rubber pasted on the inside, and is fitted with the sound-proofing material 28 to achieve a soundproofing effect and a soundproofing effect. This is to create a vibration effect. A discharge pipe 32 and a suction pipe 33 are led out from the compressor 26 to form a heat pump type refrigeration cycle, and are sealed with a bushing 34 so that there is no gap in the first frame 21.

The buffer material 23 absorbs primary sound, and the covering material 23 above absorbs primary sound. Next, secondary sound is absorbed by the sound insulating material 28 pasted on the first frame 21 and the vibration isolating material 31 pasted on the second frame 30. That is, the compressor 26 includes the covering material 27 and the cushioning material 23,
Most of the sound and vibrations are absorbed by the sound insulating material 28 and the vibration isolating material 31 between the first frame 21 and the second frame 30 in a sealed state. Moreover, the compressor unit 20
Since it is constructed as an independent and separate unit, it will never propagate to the main body 3 provided in the perimeter zone.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the above embodiments, the present invention comprises an independent compressor unit separate from the main body, and the compressor in this compressor unit is provided with a cushioning material, a covering material, and a first frame. Since the compressor is sealed by installing soundproofing material between the body and the second frame, most of the operating noise generated by the compressor is eliminated and does not propagate to the main body, reducing noise. This eliminates harsh noises that may bother you even in a quiet room. This has the effect that even people who work near the main body of the air conditioner will not feel any harsh noise.
