CONSTITUTION:The suction ports 11, which are open at the mirror-finished part 5 of a movable mold 2, face to the inner peripheral edge 8b of an outer peripheral ring 8. The open positions of the suction ports are ones, at which a space B formed by deformation and the suction ports 11 communicate with each other under the condition that a stamper 6 comes into contact with the inner peripheral edge 8b of the outer peripheral ring 8 due to the deformation. またこのような変形がおきると射出成形のショット毎に
スタンパ6で鏡面部5のA部を叩くことになり、かつ外
周リングの内縁に接触することになるので、鏡面部5i
3よびスタンパ6を傷付け、これらを劣化させることに
なるということである。

って従来のように鏡面部を叩くことによってスタンパ裏
面および鏡面部に生ずる傷がないので、製品の質を向上
させると共にスタンパおよび鏡面部の寿命を長く保持で
きるのでコストダランを計ることができる。
