とを夫々備えた成型装置において、前記インナスタンパ
ー押え5の内側に成形品離型突出しスリーブ6を配設し
、該スリーブ6中にゲートカットバンチ9及びランナ突
出しピン7を摺動自在に備えていて、前記インナスタン
パー押え5と突出しスリーブ6との間に離型用のエアを
吹出しスリットSを形成した成型装置において、該エア
吹出用のスリット巾を離型時に離型面側に対して可変し
たものであって、即ちスリーブ6の突出し側に大径拡張
するテーパー部6.を設け、該テーパー部6.の外周面
に添ってエアを流出させるエア吹出しスリットSを形成
した光ディスク等用成型装置としである。

おそれもなく、成形作業取扱いも簡便で生産性も著しく
良好であるなどの効果がある。
