きなくなって製品不良となり、加工精度も信頼性の上で

パー押え5と突出しスリーブ6との間に離型用のエアを
吹出しスリットSを形成した成型装置において、該エア
吹出用のスリット巾を離型時に離型面側に対して可変し
たものであって、即ちスリーブ6の突出し側に大径拡張
するテーパー部6.を設け、該テーパー部6.の外周面
に添ってエアを流出させるエア吹出しスリットSを形成

、この際、スリーブ6の移動でスリット中が広くなり、
エア吹出しスリットSからエア乃至ガスが圧入され、強
く吹き出され離型を容易適確に行うことができる(第2
図(C) )、即ち、原料樹脂充填時にスリット中を狭
くエア乃至ガス吹出時にスリット中が広くなる様にでき

形品突き出しのアンバランスによる変形、その角度、振
れなどの悪現象も発生せず加工精度良好に生産でき、品
質を著しく高められ信鯨性を大幅に向上できると共に、
原料充填時にスリット中を狭く保持できるのでパリ発生
もなくディスクに対して悪影響を及ぼす不具合や劣化の
おそれもなく、成形作業取扱いも簡便で生産性も著しく
