Claims (1)
- 静圧気体軸受を用いた高速回転スピンドルにお
いて、主軸を軟質材料で形成し、この主軸の表面
に無電解ニツケルメツキ層を施し、更に主軸の軸
受面に硬質クロムメツキ層を設けたことを特徴と
する静圧気体軸受スピンドル。
