    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主軸を静圧気体ジヤーナル軸受および静圧気体
    スラスト軸受で支持し、主軸と一体をなす、スラ
    スト板の外径面に配設した翼またはポケツトに圧
    力気体を噴射して主軸を回転駆動するようにした
    ものにおいて、スラスト板に中空部を設け、この
    中空部の内壁面に不釣合修正を施すようにしたこ
    とを特徴とするエアタービン駆動静圧気体軸受ス
    ピンドル。
