Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the term of construction by fitting the water-permeable mat of a water conducting type on the concrete-placing surface side of a form substrate, to form a form member, and by forming the form member integrally with an underground wall, to be combined as the one part of the wall. CONSTITUTION:On the concrete-placing surface side of a form substrate 1 formed with the styrene resin or the like of the thickness of about 25mm, a water-permeable mat 2 formed with a rubber, synthetic resin, or the like and in the thickness of about 8mm is fitted. Then, on the water-permeable mat 2, a plurality of water-permeable holes 2a and projections 2b are arranged, and spaces between the projections 2b and the form substrate 1 are formed as water conducting channels 3. After that, on the side of the water-permeable mat 2, concrete 4 is placed, and after the placing, a form member is not removed without being overhauled, and an underground wall W is formed to be integrated with the form member. As a result, workability can be remarkably improved.

In addition, because concrete underground walls that have been poured have a small amount of water permeability, groundwater may infiltrate and seep into the inner surface of the wall.
As shown in the figure, concrete block walls are formed at appropriate intervals inside the concrete underground wall a, and this gap is used as a conduit C to allow the infiltrated water to flow down from the bottom of the underground wall to the bottom of the slab d. A means for draining water is provided by providing a drainage hole e that communicates with the water.

In addition, if a concrete block wall is installed inside as a measure to drain water that enters, it takes a lot of time to stack the blocks, and the structure becomes complicated, which increases construction costs. Due to the double wall structure, the indoor side becomes narrow, resulting in a reduction in effective space.

The formwork material according to the present invention is constructed as described above, and the water-permeable mat 2 is directed toward the concrete pouring surface, and an appropriate dam plate is temporarily installed on the opposite surface of the formwork material to form a formwork. , the underground wall W can be formed by pouring concrete 4. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the connecting portions of the formwork materials are formed by forming notches 5a16a facing each other in the end faces of the formwork members 5 and 6 on both sides, and by applying a water stop material 7 in the gap between the butted end faces. A part of the concrete 4 that has been filled and placed is allowed to flow into and fill between the notches 5a1Efa, thereby strengthening the joint and making it waterproof. In addition, the separator 8 that is passed between the formworks to maintain the distance is a seat member 8a made of waterproof rubber or the like, as shown in FIG.
is fixed in contact with the water-permeable mat 2.

The underground wall W formed in this way is formed by the formwork material 5.
6 is incorporated as a part of the concrete 4, there is no need to dismantle and remove it after pouring the concrete 4, and it is only necessary to remove the weir plate (not shown). Therefore, the handling of the formwork material on site becomes extremely easy, and the workability can be significantly improved. When groundwater etc. infiltrates from the outer surface side of the underground wall W, the water passes through the concrete 4 and flows into the water conduit 3 through the permeable holes 2a of the water permeable mat 2.
The water flows down to the lower end of the underground wall W, and can be drained from the drainage hole to the lower part of the slab as in the conventional case.

FIGS. 5 and 6 show another embodiment of the present invention, in which a formwork substrate 11 and a water-permeable mat 12 affixed to the concrete pouring surface side of this formwork substrate 11 are shown in the same way as in the previous embodiment. It is composed of. In this case, the water-permeable pine) 12 is formed to have a total thickness of about 5+am, and is provided with a large number of water-permeable holes 12a and protrusions 12b, as in the previous embodiment.
The difference is that the projections 12b have a circular shape and are arranged in a staggered manner as shown in FIG. A water conduit I3 is formed between these protrusions 12b and the mold substrate I+. The method of using this formwork material is the same as that of the previous embodiment, and the concrete 14 is placed on the water-permeable mat 12 side.
The underground wall W is formed by pouring and integrating.

In the case of this embodiment as well, since the formwork material is incorporated as a part of the underground wall W, there is no need to dismantle and remove the formwork material after pouring the concrete 14, making it extremely easy to handle the formwork material on site. It becomes simple and the workability can be significantly improved. Furthermore, when groundwater or the like infiltrates from the outer surface side of the underground wall W, the water passes through the concrete 14 and flows into the water conduit 13 through the permeable hole 12a of the permeable pine 12, and flows down the water conduit 13. It reaches the lower end of the basement wall W and can drain water.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, a water-conducting water-permeable mat is attached to the concrete casting surface side of a formwork substrate made of synthetic resin or the like to form a formwork material. This formwork material was integrated as part of the basement wall after concrete was poured, so there was no need to dismantle and remove the formwork material, significantly improving work efficiency and shortening the construction period. I can do it. In addition, groundwater that has entered from the outside of the underground wall is guided to the lower part by the permeable mat and can be drained below the slab, so there is no need to form an inner wall of concrete blocks as in the past, simplifying the structure. It has excellent effects such as reducing construction costs, and since it does not have a double wall structure, it can secure a wide effective space on the indoor side.
