Conventionally, when constructing a concrete underground wall in front of the ground, a discarded formwork was erected with a space between it and the front of the ground.
Concrete is poured between this disposable formwork and the ground, and the said disposable formwork was composed of a plurality of concrete frame plates arranged side by side, but it is used to construct the said disposable formwork. If multiple frame plates are large, there is an advantage that the lateral pressure only needs to be supported at the left and right ends of the frame plates because the whole frame plate is one piece, but in order to manufacture this in a factory, etc. Not only does it require formwork, but it also makes transportation and construction difficult. For this reason, if the frame plates are divided into smaller pieces and a plurality of these smaller frame plates are jointed at the construction site to form a disposable form, the amount of concrete that is poured into each frame will be reduced. The lateral pressure must be supported individually in each frame,
For this purpose, it is necessary to install a bar between the earth and each frame plate, and to support the lateral pressure through this bar.In addition, it is necessary to install mortar between the left and right frame plates to be jointed. will be filled with joint material.

In addition, in order to connect the rod material and frame plate to support the lateral pressure, the rod material is passed through a hole temporarily made in the frame, and a washer and a nut are attached to the tip of the bar material on the front and rear surfaces of the frame plate. Therefore, after the concrete has hardened, it is necessary to perform water-stopping treatment on the holes in the frame plate, and there is also an appearance problem in that the holes leave marks on the surface of the sacrificial formwork.

This invention was made with attention to these problems, and even if the water permeability of the rear layer of the concrete frame board for underground walls decreases, it ensures smooth flow of water and supports lateral pressure. The purpose is to eliminate the need for the rod to penetrate the frame plate, making it possible to downsize the frame plate and improve its water-stopping properties.

In addition, the joint method for concrete frame boards for basement walls is as follows:
A plurality of frame plates consisting of a front layer made of precast concrete and a back layer made of permeable concrete and facing the front side of the ground are placed adjacent to each other with a gap between the opposing end faces. After being erected, a batten is placed between the rear surfaces of both adjacent frame boards, touching the left and right rear surfaces, and a seat board is placed between both adjacent frame boards, touching the left and right front and rear surfaces individually, A bar extending from the ground side is passed through the batten, the gap, and the seat board, and the bar is fixed to the batten and the seat board, and then concrete is placed between the front surface of the ground and the rear surface of the frame board. After pouring and hardening, removing the seat plate and cutting the bar within the gap,
Thereafter, a sealing material is applied to a portion of the frame plate near the front surface within the gap, and a downspout is formed on the rear side of the sealing material in this gap.

In the above-mentioned joint method, when the tip of the bar and the seat plate that were on the front of the frame board are removed, there is no protrusion on the front of the disposable formwork, and since the bar was protruding from between the frame boards, No hole marks remain on the disposable formwork. The gap between the left and right frame plates is closed with poured concrete on the rear side and sealed with sealant on the front side to form a downspout.Water moves horizontally to the downspout, avoiding the area that is clogged with the layer on the back side. You will be guided. Furthermore, even if this downspout were to become blocked for some reason, water would be able to move through the gap between the rear layers of adjacent frame plates, so water would not flow down through the adjacent frame plate. can.

Note that the rod supporting the lateral pressure of the frame plate 2 with the bending part 2a is connected to the frame plate 2 at the end without the bending part 2a by the means shown in FIGS. At one end, a frame 10 is hung between adjacent bent parts 2a.
By passing a bar between a and the ground 1, the lateral pressure of the concrete 12 is supported. In this case, the tip of the bent portion 2a is supported by a frame 10a, and this frame 10a is supported by a bar (not shown), so that the lateral pressure of the concrete 12 is supported by the ground 1. Of course, so-called vertical flaps and horizontal flaps are arranged on the front surface of the frame 10a.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, in this invention, the rods supporting the lateral pressure of poured concrete are made to penetrate the gap between the left and right frame plates and protrude from the front side of the frame plates. It is no longer necessary to drill holes for passing through the frame bars, and therefore it is possible to joint multiple smaller frame plates, making it easier to manufacture and transport the frame plates. Even if the water permeability of the constituent rear layer decreases, the void used for the joint can be used as a downspout, so water can flow smoothly through the downspout. . Thus, in the present invention, it is possible to downsize the frame plate constituting the sacrificial formwork and to facilitate drainage of water from the rear surface of the sacrificial formwork.

In addition, if phase gaps are formed on the front surfaces of both frame plates and the vertical grooves formed by both phase gaps are filled, the gap will be doubly closed by the sealing material and the filling material, so water will not leak from the sealing material. There is also the effect that the filling material can prevent water from leaking to the front surface of the basement wall, even if the filling material exists.
